NIce big units, well maintained, most units has a good view of the Benjakitti Park and lake. Located at the end of a quiet soi with tuk-tuk transfer to Nana BTS station for tenants, walking distance to the main Sukhumvit road. The soi is very green and quiet with very limited traffic. A good balance of convenience and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok

Massive condo complex, near RCA

Nice condo units with unobstructed views of Bangkok on Rama IX road. Well-maintained, and a friendly staff. A few good restaurants and a 7-Eleven in the complex. Great pool with a view. It's a 20 minute walk to the metro and Central Plaza mall, so you'll have to get some exercise or get acquainted with the motorbike taxis, if you don't have a car. Also, it's quite close to the RCA club district, so weekends can be a bit noisy.

Wind Sukhumvit 23

My stay at the Wind Sukhumvit was great, its built by major developments (a well known BKK developer), so has a nice up-market feel, but is show some signs of ageing and wear and tear. Units are well laid out and decent views offered on some units. The swimming pool is nice and usually quite quiet and private, with a small but ok gym to add. Security are good and there all day/night with a shuttle bus down to the BTS which is only 7-8 mins walk. Easy access to Terminal 21 and the CBD - so overall well recommended.

The Address Asoke
Good location, but busy location to live in.

The traffic near the property can get very bad around rush hour due to the Asoke - Ratchada traffic. That being said the building is fairly nice and well maintained. The facailties are good and the rooms are good quality.

A quiet place just several steps from BTS Phayathai.

it's close to Phayathai BTS station and the airport link, which makes it super easy for me to go to Siam to hang out with friends, Asoke where my office is located, and Suvarnabhumi Airport. It's also very easy to get to Chulalongkorn University (by bus/BTS), which is lots of Chula students choose to live here. It's also quiet at night despite located on Phayathai Road. Security is good, too. The juristic persons is also strict with daily rental and they set up "bounty" for offenders. That's why you won't see so many tourists using the pool and gym. What I don't like is that guest parking space is limited.

Quiet building hidden away from the chaos of Sukhumvit Road

Really nice place to live, the units are fairly large. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 1 year. The building is well kept but the gym and pool are very small, the security run a shuttle cart to 7-11 and the bts, however this is not a 24/7 service and is dependant on the shuttle carts battery charge sometimes! The building it's self if fairly secure and very family friendly. There is very little noise and it's hidden away from Sukhumvit road which is nice. 7-11 are a short walk or shuttle cart ride away, the walk at night time isn't too bad if the shuttle cart isn't running as the whole area is filled with similar style and sized low rise condo buildings. There isn't much parking space available however guests could park along the street outside for a short period of time without too much issue.

Amazing pool landscape plus a sauna! I stayed in an 80sqm two-bedroom unit with a river view and i enjoyed every morning. it's a fantastic building and the only real drawback is the traffic over Sapan Taksin

great sqm price with big units in an old but upscale building with perfect maintenance. good sized Gym and Pool between the towers and Sauna is available. the green space is fantastic and gives you the feeling of living out of the city. Many small back roads to cut the Bangkok traffic.

I lived in the building for a total of two years. It's an old but well-maintained building with two pools and a sky garden with kids playing ground. the Professional Gym is probably one of the biggest in Bangkok and just got restocked and renovated in Dec. 2018. The rooms a big compare with the rest of the Bangkok market and a good value. Its 100 meters into a dead-end street so not much noise for location - BTS Phrom Phong is an easy 5 min walk.

The Room Sukhumvit 21
Quiet building close to Sukhumvit

Modern, well-maintained building about 500 metres from Asok intersection and Terminal 21 mall. It's down a small soi, off Asok, so there's almost no noise. Attentive staff and great gym facilities. The sun only shines on the pool for about 2 hours, a day, though. The key card system needs to be updated, so guests don't need a key to leave the building.

The development is a great development for the price. The only issue with the condo is that the communal pool has no sun light so the pool is always cold. Basically no one really uses it, and this is the biggest problem, otherwise the gym's great, rooms are well maintained and so is the building. Crazy access card system, where you have to swipe to get down in the elevator and leave the building. Main road (Suk 21) is always jammed pack, so not ideal if you have a car.
