How do you reserve a discounted property?

To secure the discount on the property of interest, make sure to click on the "Reserve" button on each listing page and follow the reservation steps:

• Fill in your personal information
• Double check the summary
• Confirm and Pay

What will happen after making a reservation?

You will receive a reservation confirmation by email, and our FazWaz customer service will contact you within 10 minutes during our office hours of 9am - 8pm (UTC+7). Outside the regular office hours you will be contacted the following workday.

Fully refundable reservation fee

The reservation fee is 100% refundable within 7 days after completing the reservation. Please note that a written notice has to be provided by email.
