Chatuchak Park MRT

i've been here for over a year now. the main reason for buying a room here is the location, which is close to chatuchak park, central ladprao, and union mall. also, it's not far from mo chit bts station and chatuchak park mrt station. it's easy to get around without using a private car. my room is a one-bedroom room, decent size, complete furniture. the security system is in charge for 24 hours, plus floor-locked elevators. i appreciate that the common area is well-kept during the covid time.

i bought the condo here because it was recently completed for rental purposes, and i bought a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. it is spacious and fully furnished, and it is ready to move in because everything has been decorated. the surrounding ambiance is quite pleasant as there is a lush green garden and a large area for residents' leisure. the facilities are also diverse, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, lush green garden, meeting room, lounge, and guards on duty for the safety of the residents. the location is easily accessible because a motorbike taxi takes only 10 minutes from mo chit bts. it's one of the best condos.

the condo is very new. my room is super spacious, clean, and it also comes with full furniture. plus, it’s very convenient to get around as there is a skywalk from the condo connecting the mo chit bts, and it takes only 5-10 mins to walk to chatuchak mrt. also, it’s 5 mins away from a large green park and chatuchak market, the biggest market in the country. what i like the most is the complete facilities such as a meeting room, elevator, swimming pool, gym, games room, electric charging station. i would say that it’s suitable for living.
