this project's lobby is very luxurious. the saltwater pool and gym are on the 4th floor, and the lounge is on the 5th floor. the decorations are incredible. when we went to the sample one-bedroom type, it may seem a bit cramped for me. but my girlfriend likes the rooms as the space is well-organized and made the most from every inch. the room is fully fitted with furniture, built-in wardrobes, and digital door systems. so we decided to reserve a 1 bedroom. we choose this place because of its location close to both our offices as well. as for the transportation, it is considered very convenient, close to thonglor bts and sukhumvit road.

the main reason that i like this place is the privacy. as there are only 24 units in total with only four units per floor and a private lift, i don’t have to share with others. the room i bought is a wide 3-bedroom unit. the furniture is provided in a full range of premium grades for its price. although the project is located in the alley, you can also take a shortcut to the main roads such as sukhumvit road and rama iv road, which is also not far from ekkamai bts station, very convenient!

at first, i had several projects that i was interested in. most of them are in the heart of the city connecting the sukhumvit, the thonglor, and the ekkamai area. eventually, i chose this condo because of many reasons like the location.it's located on the main street near the u-turn on both sides, making it both inbound and outbound. it's suitable for a salesperson like me who usually commute. for those who travel public transport, you can take the skytrain. the nearest station is the ekkamai bts station. it takes about 7 minutes to walk. there are also many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to convenience stores like 7-11, maxvalu, and department stores like gateway ekamai. the room i stay in is a duplex. the ceiling is quite high, making it looks wider. the room is fully-fitted, which is the only thing i'm not impressed with. here, i think it depends. some may think that it's a waste of money and time to choose furniture, but getting your style is still worth it. the facilities provided suit all needs, including a fitness center, swimming pool, elevators, and auto-parking system. the juristic person here also offers good services to the residents. if there is any problem, the problem can be solved promptly. i would recommend for those who look for a condo in this area. also, it's worth investment as the price will increase in the future.
