this condo is a low-rise condo. however, the location is excellent. the condo is located at the not-very-end of the alley. you can walk to ploenchit bts station for a minute, and there are also famous department stores like central chidlom nearby that you can walk to as well. if you use a private car, it may be a little difficult because most of the alleys are one-way, but it's close to the expressway. for the project, the design is very modern. the room has a home automation system. also, there are many types of rooms to choose from with the usable area ranging from 36 - 134 square meters. additionally, the common area is available as standard condos.

i visited the room in this project a few days ago because i am moving to study in bangkok, and it's not far from the university i'm going to attend. i'm interested in a two-bedroom room because i want to turn another room into a dressing room. the room is nice and well-divided. there are many facilities you rarely have to go out, such as a swimming pool, a meeting room, a fitness room, a library, and what i really like is its location close to central world and the bts skytrain, giving me more options for convenient travel.

the first reason i bought the condo here is because of falling in love with the wonderful and breezy rooftop view overlooking a 360-degree bangkok view. the facilities in the common area are new, clean, and modern. moreover, there is a lush green area surrounding the project. in the room, it's beautifully decorated and as luxurious as many nearby condos. apart from that, the project uses a smart home system to control everything via mobile phone. the location is also great, perfect for investing because it is located in the business area, yet the staff serves excellent service, takes good care of the residents, and lovely.

a 5-star service condo with beautiful and pleasant rooms. besides the beautiful rooms, many services are included, such as a banqueting hall, conference room and organize special events. the facilities are clean, beautifully decorated, and secure. parking lots are also sufficient for the residents. also, there is a shuttle bus service to the nearby places like chidlom bts, without using any private cars, which is considered convenient. i'll stay here again if i have a chance to work here as it's convenient with a good location. the project also provides complete facilities to make life convenient. the price is also suitable for the quality. excellent all !!

for a high density project, the finishing are well done. located on the corner of phetchaburi and wireless road, this project is only minutes away from downtown bangkok. impressive facility quality and common area's. the price of this project is great value if you avoid buying from the chinese agent, they have marked up 12% and that's one reason why 100 units came back in the market q3 2020.

looks from the picture, quite beautiful, but when i go to see the project turns out that the project is not properly supervised by the law. the overall condition looks old and quite worn, and there is an unfinished building next to it, a view of an abandoned building. the pipe smell is quite strong.

the rooftop facilities are very impressive although the gym is a bit small. the location is great in the, although it is situated on a one way street so can have limited access during high traffic times. as an investment, the sqm pricing is very good as its situated in one of the most expensive areas in bangkok.

the building is modern. the lobby and other common areas decorations look clean and beautiful. our room was a spacious, well-allocated space. there is a living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom. most importantly, the night view here is very beautiful, and the wind blows cool all night long. besides, the location is not far from the mall and close to the nana bts station, which is called to travel is very convenient. all in all, this place is perfect for working life and rushing hours as you can easily live here in a complete life.

the project was completed several years ago, the buildings and facilities within the condo are still in ready-to-use condition as it has been taken care of very well. my room is a spacious duplex room. the high ceiling makes the space more open and airy. it’s located not far from ploenchit bts station, as it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it is very easy to get around.
