i looked for a condo near punnawithi bts until i found it here, and i researched about this condo. after that, i decided to reserve a 1-bedroom unit in this condo. i also loved the attention to detail in the building design and all of the services offered. the building, for example, is entirely composed of single corridor halls and has just 13 units per floor. the space is beautifully proportioned, even with the loft room's interior design. in addition, the system can be used to automate various electrical appliances via the application. also, it is worth mentioning that it provides a wide range of elite services. i'm looking forward to moving here. if you're seeking a nice condo like this and don't mind waiting, this is the place to be. here's what i recommend.

condo is convenient located at walking distance from bts bang cha. fitness centre has state of the art equipment, the swimming pool is huge and suitable for swimming, relaxing chairs enough.

located on mainroad sukhumvit, and walking distance from bts bang chak. its ideally located between onnut and punnawithi whihc are both two hotspots. pleanty of shopping and restaurants in those areas. its a mid income neighborhood but upcoming very fast with new office buildings and mixed used developments. connectivity is great and the project gives communal feeling. there is lots of interaction with neighbors

the project is located in a great location. even it's in the alley, it's abundant and comfortable for travel. it's 250 meters from bang chak bts station, which is a walkable distance. if you use a car, it is close to the expressway. there is also a bus stop in front of the project, which is very convenient. the project gives me high privacy, with only 483 units. it has a wide range of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, lounge, various recreation areas, and rooftop design. they are made out beautifully. there is a garden with a seating area to watch the city as well. the parking space also occupies 3 floors. in my room, the space is 25 square meters, considered the smallest room of the project with a kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony. however, i dont feel cramped at all. the room does not provide furniture, so i can design my space as i want. i know the project through friends. then, we made a reservation here together to have peace of mind during the living. as for the traffic, be prepared as it can be busy during the rush hour. it would be much better to avoid using the car.

from the lobby to the rooms, this condo is considered a luxurious project. i had a chance to stay here for a short time and chose to stay in a 1-bedroom unit because i stayed alone. so i'm not serious about the size of the unit area. as i can see, most of the furniture in the room is a premium grade, adding luxury to the room very well. the common area includes a swimming pool and the gym, where i've been for only some time. most importantly, this condo also has a shuttle service from the project to punnawithi bts and bang chak bts, about 900 meters away. for anyone with school-aged children, the anglo singapore international school is nearby. this condo is a genuinely comfortable place.

the location of the project is satisfactory. it is convenient for traveling by private car as it is close to chalerm mahanakorn expressway and skytrain because it is close to bang chak bts station. the swimming pool of this project is quite large. there are various plants around; it feels like a resort atmosphere. the one-bedroom room that i bought for a living is massive, with a price under 3 million. there is also a full set of furniture fully furnished. it is very worthwhile. i've recently moved in. it is considered to be an excellent community to live in.
