Thung Phaya Thai

the project is currently under construction; however, i believe this will be an interesting one. the location is excellent, right next to phayathai road. there is a 7-eleven front of the project. it is also convenient to travel via bts, arl, which is located next to the project, as well as king power rangnam, which is very large. if there are many tourists during the high season, the mall will be crowded with thai and foreign shoppers. the condo is enormous and magnificent. people who want to live in the city can find an answer here. there are all of the necessary amenities and numerous units. you can also select from a variety of prices. furthermore, the project emphasizes large green areas. interesting!!!

i would say that moving here making my quality of living in bangkok much better. first of all, the location isn't far from phayathai bts within 2 minutes walking. it's time-saving! the room i stayed in is a right-size one-bedroom unit. besides, the facilities are complete. there is also a starbucks coffee shop on the ground floor, which is so convenient. i didn't make any mistake renting this place.

it's close to phayathai bts station and the airport link, which makes it super easy for me to go to siam to hang out with friends, asoke where my office is located, and suvarnabhumi airport. it's also very easy to get to chulalongkorn university (by bus/bts), which is lots of chula students choose to live here. it's also quiet at night despite located on phayathai road. security is good, too. the juristic persons is also strict with daily rental and they set up "bounty" for offenders. that's why you won't see so many tourists using the pool and gym. what i don't like is that guest parking space is limited.

my room is a one-bedroom unit with complete functions. there are also various facilities in the project, including a coffee shop, a swimming pool, and large parking spaces. there is also a good service staff, but some days they cause trouble to us. overall, it's ok. if you live here, you feel at ease with both traveling and living matters. plus, it is just a few steps to walk to the phaya thai bts station, and easy to find food in this area since it is adjacent to siam paragon as well.

this condo is in a great area that facilitates travel by car, public transport, bts, or bus. there is also a mini-mart under the condo and restaurants near the project. i bought a duplex room in this condo for my daughter to live in during the semester because there are many tutoring institutes in this area. the room is fully finished, and the layout is perfectly divided into proportions. also, it's a bright and airy space. the laundry service is excellent. plus, there is a quiet library area with many books to choose from. this project has left a lasting impression on me.

this condo was a gift from my dad as a bonus for passing the entrance exams. the location is great, not far from the university. there are many restaurants nearby. the room has only one bedroom, but it is very spacious and beautifully decorated. every piece of furniture is high quality. i feel very private because there are only 4 rooms on each floor. the security system is also great! it has security guards 24 hours a day and cctv. in addition, there is also a sauna, swimming pool, and fitness, but unfortunately, i can use them only on the weekend during my free time.
