i've been staying here for a year now and i would say it's a very unique condo. the room was spacious and airy. the room i stay in is a 2-bedroom room because i am with my daughter. my daughter likes to take a sauna and exercise regularly. so she likes it so much that she doesn't want to move to another place. the condo project is in a convenient location near chong nonsi bts and not far from st. louis college where my daughter is studying.

the overall value is great. the location is exceptional with a market, many restaurants, near tops supermarket, residential and an easy access to the highway. the building quality is good as well, strong walls, we can't hear anything from neighbors. the maintenance is always available to help on literally anything, bathroom fixing, wall fixing, installing something, etc...

it is a new and modern condominium, and i decided to buy a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom. when compared to its quality, it is well worth the money paid. the room is built-in, with a 6-foot bed and a comfy bed. the unit is considered to be the ideal size and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. it provides stunning bangkok scenery from the bedroom, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. importantly, the facilities include a clean saltwater swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop garden where guests can relax. there is also free parking available. it is close to centralplaza rama 3 in terms of location. it is also easily accessible because it connects to various routes, or the thanon chan brt, which is only 200 meters away.

the met used to the nicest unique building in sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. so i recommend to choose a property behind the main sathorn road tower f, e or d. the layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in sathorn. every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.

the building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. the building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. the units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!

i have been living here for almost two years. due to covid-19, i have to move back to my country. here is a luxury resort residence with a large tropical swimming pool, squash room, kids’ playground, library, and co-working spaces. it is fully-furnished with an opened kitchen, nice interior and clean. it is also near sala daeng bts station, only 800 meters and lumpini mrt station 900 meters. the best point is that you will get a large room with a low rental rate, it’s really good for that.

the atmosphere is good and different from other condos which are located in the city center. the on-site is tranquil and uncrowded. the room is spacious, clean, and safe. besides, there are various facilities which are very private. the facilities comprise a communal pool, a reading room, and a lounge. similarly, there is room service, delivering food to the room, and other premium services.

the new condo is modern and clean. there has a strict security system. the project common area includes many facilities such as a large swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center. it's quite peaceful and quiet here as the building is soundproofed. we can't hear noise from the neighbors at all. this 2-bedroom suite is spacious and functional as well. traveling is easy as chong nonsi bts is just 850 meters away.
