Surasak BTS

i just put down the deposit for a 2-bedroom duplex. it comes with 2 stories so i can manage the space functionally. the materials used for decoration look luxurious with built-in furniture. both 2 bedrooms have a large window exposing the full city view. the shower room has a jacuzzi and a large mirror for the view too. the luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, gym, lounge, playground, herb garden, fragrant garden, 24-hour security, etc. the staff gives good service. the location is perfect near all amenities such as lerdsin hospital 550 meters away, bangkok christian college in only 3 minutes walk, and a 2-minute walk to sri maha mariamman temple. easy to travel by surasak bts, just 6 minutes walk. for me, this is the best condo in the silom area; it is worth the investment.

the room sathorn pan is ideal for young couple with or without kids - the facilities are wonderfull - modern and never crownded. i really enjoy stayed there. close to bts surakas, nice room with large space bigger than usual. facing south is the best for me.

lofts silom is one of the best new development in silom area at the moment. the duplex are looking very nice and the quality of finition is excellent. the view from the swimingpool is spectacular.

the condo here has the most modern facilities. there is a swimming pool, fitness room, and very luxurious common areas. it is also extremely easy to travel because the project is right next to surasak bts, and in front of the condo has a motorcycle service as well. i rarely go out, so i spend time in the common area because it's quite convenient. this place is suitable for people who work in the city and living alone or as a couple. if you want to live as a family, there are 3bedrooms, but i think it's too small for a big family anyway.

since i am an office worker, choosing accommodation based on its location does matter, and shouldn't be overlooked, so i was quite concerned with it. when i found it here, it suits all my needs. also, i can walk to the office within 5 mins. now, the project is still under construction, so i reserved a room first. my room is a one-bedroom type. the size is not that big but well-allocated. the design is the same as other condos in the 'the line' series, simple but luxurious. i can't wait to move in!!

i’ve been staying with my indian husband at the diplomat sathorn for a while. i chose this condo because my husband and i work in the bangrak area. plus, it’s close to surasak bts, so it’s much easier to get anywhere, which is completely different from staying in the previous condo. i would say this condo is the perfect answer for us. it’s also surrounded by a good environment and public facilities such as public transport, a famous shopping mall, and school. i like the beautiful interior design of my room. plus there are complete facilities in the common area such as a clean and safe swimming pool, gym, and garden. i’m not disappointed at all. as for the security, there is a 24-hour security guard and closed-circuit cameras at every corner of the project. this condo is perfect!!

the lobby hall is luxurious, and the common area is convenient for relaxation under the tranquil and private atmosphere. many parking spaces are available and convenient. receptionists and guards are lovely, serving great service. the room is sold fully furnished, ready-to-move-in, and saves time to decorate the room. besides, it is close to surasak bts station, which is accessible everywhere.

the project here is considered convenient for traveling because it is next to surasak bts. if you do not use public transport, you can easily use a private car because the traffic is not bad and has sufficient parking spaces. the important thing is that the facilities are complete. the gym is equipped with modern equipment. there is a large swimming pool, offering beautiful city views. i like privacy, and this place matches what i need. although it is expensive, it is worth paying !! the 1 bedroom room is spacious, good for 1-2 people and if you want to live as a large family, it has 3 bedrooms and luxurious penthouses !!

although this condo price is a bit high, i can tell that it is worth investing. the room i bought is a 3-bedroom unit at 85 square meters, which is quite spacious. moreover, full-range premium-grade furniture is also available at a reasonable price. the high ceiling makes the room look airy and comfortable. in the mornings, i usually go to the gym on the 35th floor, giving you a panoramic view of the city. doing exercise while enjoying the view is another kind of fun. since staying here, i rarely have to worry about traffic jams because walking a few steps to reach surasak bts station, making traveling fast and easy. really good.

here is such a perfect place, the lobby is really beautiful, decorated in the luxury style. there is a good security system with private lift access which others cannot access to our floor, except only in common areas. amazing kids pool, where my children love it very much. the fitness offers a panoramic city view. each area in the room is quite spacious and well-divided. even the kitchen is open, but i don't feel that it will disturb the living area. parking is good. very satisfied.
