the space and size is ideal for home office, and companies that need to visit client frequently because the building is next to the toll booth to enter the highway. some might say its a weird location, other will see the opportunity in it. good construction and spacious suitable for midsize sme . centrally located so you can all sides of the city, traffic jams will be the only problem,

the entire project concept is wrong. the design, layout and materials are below standards. it had sort of becoming a back alley ghetto condo attracting the wrong crowd. the mainroad onnut is vibrant and busy. they could use this land for better purposes

nice and peace resort style condominium with 2 super large swimming pool. easy access from srinakarin road and sukhumvit road and easy to rent out. juristic staffs are very friendly and helpful.

the building looks quite old, but inside the building is still strong. the room interior is only partly furnished. the balcony is too narrow, and the room is quite dense. the common area has a swimming pool. anyway, i rarely go to use it because of the crowd, especially in the evening. also, car parking is not enough for the numbers of residents. if talking about location, this neighborhood has a shuttle bus and buses sporadically. however, it is far from the bts station, if you have a private car it will be more convenient !!

it is an old condominium with an affordable price. the rental rate is also cheap. i bought this condo because it is cheap and close to restaurants and convenience stores, very convenient. moreover, the project comprises a communal pool and a gym. even though the common area looks old, it is still well-maintained, clean, pleasant, and safe.

our family of 6 people came for holidays in bangkok, and we chose to stay at this condo. the condo itself is a bit old but still looks okay, really suitable for resting. our room has 4 bedrooms and is very spacious, pleasant to live in, but the furniture is simple and not luxurious. we barely used the pool but went to the gym sometimes. the rental price was reasonable because we rented it as a big family. the location is good, it is not difficult to travel, near the expressway. we liked to visit the nearby temples that are not very crowded. you can find many temples in the area, including mahabut temple, that thong temple, pak bo temple, etc. i recommend this condo if you like a spacious space with privacy. here is the right choice.

i have lived here with my mother for about three years. my job made me moving around and rarely at home. when i moved here, i was worried about my mother so much because i was afraid that she could not be alone. now i don't have to worry about her at all because she got lovely neighbors, housekeepers, and a friendly team of juristic persons to take care of her and talk on the day when i'm away. the highlight of the project is considered to be the garden on the first floor, allowing residents to spend time for relaxation and chill out in the evening. mom said that this is an activity area where we can meet new friends. the surrounding places are convenient because there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores, just opposite the project. not too far from the project, there are also tesco lotus and big c supercenters. from the project, you can take many directions, no need to worry about traffic jams, even in a rush hour. you can also take a minibus in front of the project. what considers to be the problem is that there are limited parking spaces. when i go home after work, there are no spaces to park, or i have to leave my car double-parked.

it is such a functional condo and fully equipped, stylishly decorated. i have been renting here for a while now with the size of 1 bedroom. the room's living space is well-fitted, satisfactory. the condo is not far from on nut bts station, but if walking is quite far. i recommended taking a motorcycle taxi service. it is quite quiet, and the staff is friendly, helping all the time. besides, the neighbors are okay and live without any problems. in terms of safety, there is a 24-hour security system and other condo facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a relaxation area. it is a condo that i feel comfortable when i stay in.
