my girlfriend and i decided on this condo as our bridal residence. it was as opulent as a high-end condo with an elegant design. i bought a one-bedroom condo that is the ideal size for a couple. it is close to the chao phraya river and popular hangout spots like asiatique the riverfront and robinson bangrak, which is why we chose to buy it. it is also close to my office because i can commute via sathon-chan road, which provides quick and easy access. we usually take a motorbike taxi to the surasak bts station and our workplace, which takes less than 10 minutes. it also helps to avoid traffic jams. i'd recommend this condo for your consideration!

i bought a room here to rent out for a profit, which i am confident is a great choice because it is a project with many outstanding features. the first thing is that there are so many facilities that i'm not sure if anyone has used all of them. also, it has a lot, but it also fulfills people of all genders and ages. the second thing is parking, there are 90% parking spaces available, and a shuttle service is available even if you park your car at sena fest. aside from that, another highlight is privacy because the hallway is a single corridor. besides, the room i purchased is a one-bedroom. plus, the 25th floor overlooks a panoramic river view. however, there would only be one issue: public transportation because bts station is so far away, if you want to go to the bts station, you must use the shuttle van service, which has only two cars. if many people are using it during rush hour, you might have to wait a little longer.

this is a luxury condo. it has everything that you need. the staff is friendly and helpful. the common area is spacious. there are many facilities, such as a separate swimming pool for children and adults, a sauna, fitness center, meeting room, etc. the view is stunning, overlooking the chao phraya river. the location is excellent; talat phlu bts is within walking distance. it is not far from the mall lifestore thapra and is a 10-minute drive to iconsiam. the unit owner that i have been renting is also kind and solves any problems i encounter quickly.

this condo is located on ratchadaphisek road. it is a convenient location near the expressway, restaurants, and convenience stores. the mall tha phra is only 700 meters away. this is the reason why i bought a condo here. the room i bought has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, fully furnished with a complete set of built-in furniture. the floor plan is well designed and proportioned. plus, i get a sofa, shelves, storage cabinets, a dining table in the living room, a wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, and a counter set with a sink in the kitchen. there are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. i don't need to decorate or buy anything at all. everything fits well. the facilities here, in particular, are excellent. there is a reception hall with free wifi. the main facilities are on the 5th floor, including a saltwater swimming pool, a relaxation area by the pool, a fitness room, and a steam room. i can confidently say that this condo is ideal for working-age people.

since i have stayed in this condo for a while, i can say that it is complete and worthwhile because of the excellent spot close to all amenities such as markets, malls, hospitals, educational institutions, and talat phlu bts. also, its location on the main road makes traveling easier. the room is well-designed and decorated with lovely furniture. in this part, i'm extremely impressed. however, i think the common areas are quite small compared to other projects. it is suitable for those less concerned with using the common areas and prefer a more convenient location.

it was the right decision that i had bought this room since my uni life, and after i graduated, i also got a job nearby. so living for a long time is, at least, worth more than renting for sure. monthly installment payment is not very expensive. it is affordable if you have a salary of 30k. the project has common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library, and a parking lot. don't be worried about safety if you live alone because this condo is very strict about who enters and exits, which is very reassuring. the project's location is excellent. it's next to the main road near the mall lifestore thapra and iconsiam, less than 10 mins drive.

though this project has been built for a long time, the good management and quality materials used in the construction make this place still in very good condition. in addition, within the project, there are many amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, saunas, and large green areas. most importantly, near talat phlu bts makes traveling to various places very convenient. not far from the condo also has 7-eleven and lotus express, which you can get there in less than 5 minutes walk. since i moved to this condo, my life has become a lot more comfortable.
