the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff. the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy). because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon. most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

i just moved into this condo less than a month ago. i haven’t found any problems since i moved here. i think it’s because this condo was newly completed, and it’s still in good condition. my room is a one-bedroom unit which is more spacious compared to other room types. plus, the room comes with a modern design and complete furniture. most importantly, the common area has many facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center. in addition, the condo is located in the city center with access to local amenities, like central chiangmai, which is very convenient.

it is a small condo with an affordable rental price. it is suitable for long term rental. the room is not very big but not too narrow, decorated and equipped furniture and built-in wardrobes, increasing space and tidy. my room comprises a balcony and a sliding door conveniently close and open to receive the fresh air outside. the common area is like a normal condo, consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a security system with the key card. also, there is a guard who takes care of the safety of the residents 24 hours.

we have stayed here for 1 year. the condo location is good and convenient for daily life. there are both on-site restaurants and a convenience store. the condo staff serves good services and excellently helps the residents. the rooms are beautiful, clean, and have a balcony overlooking the pool view. the neighbors are also friendly. it is regretful as it is near the airport. during the daytime, if we don't close the door at the balcony, we will hear the airplane's sound all the time. but personally, there is no problem at all because i became used to the sound of it. living comfortably!!

i currently live here and it’s the best. not as modern as some, but very well maintained and excellent quality still showing 10 years after the building was developed. there are happy and friendly residents everywhere, the pool is not crowded but a good environment to say hello to your neighbours.

the project is located in an excellent location, very perfect in the nimman area, close to maya shopping mall. convenient for both living and traveling. it's a small condo with a very high-security system. the room is fully furnished, and the hot water system works well.

a condo in a friendly environment in the heart of the nimman area. the neighborhood is crowded by teenagers as the area is filled with chic restaurants and modern bars. the project facilities include a swimming pool, a garden, parking, and security guards in charge for 24 hours. they are so polite and helpful. the exterior is marvelous, while the interior is decorated according to european standards. the room is spacious, and space is allocated quite well.

i stay here with my boyfriend. the condo is located in the nimman area of the chiang mai center. the project facilities are complete. the prices here are worth the price. the environment is also good, and the weather is good all year round. beneath the condo comprises a large swimming pool. moreover, the common area is spacious. even though it has only 8 floors, it is a luxury and worth the price. the staff is helpful and friendly, but they rarely speak english.

i’ve been renting this place for almost a year. the location is perfect as it is in the city center, making it pretty easy to travel anywhere. there are many shops, restaurants, and chic cafes in the nimman area, and there is also a famous department store like maya chiang mai. also, here it is near the airport, there might be a little noise, so it’s not recommended for those who love peace. the room i stayed in is a one-bedroom room which is well-decorated in modern style. the condition of this condo still looks new as it’s well-maintained. the staff always keeps the common area clean. in my spare time, i usually read books on the terrace by the swimming pool, which makes me so relaxed. for those who want to work out, there is also a fitness center here that is fully-equipped. i would recommend this condo to anyone who is searching for a condo in the nimman area. the price is also reasonable, judging from its quality.
