Central Chiangmai

i own a condo here and so happy i bought it. facilities are top notch, pool is wonderful and gym is open now. it's a 5 minutes walk to central festival. finishes inside the condo are good. i am a happy owner

contemplating buying a condo here. visited the sales centre, and it's nearly completed, closing probably in 2q 2023. looking forward to seeing more reviews from buyers. location seems excellent and facilities top-notch. showroom apartments give the impression that finishings are good, albeit perhaps a notch below western standards.

i have visited twice this condo and the construction is 6-9 month from finished so we can already have a good idea of the final result, and i must say that it looks very much like on the pictures or the model that you can see on the sales area. i think the high price tag is justified by the build quality and services on site. we used to book hotels while in the city since we have a house up north in the coutryside where we spend much of our time, and this will perfectly replace any 5 star hotel around chiang mai, and hey, it is 5 minutes walk away from central festival which we consider extremely convenient, and also super highway is just there so you can reach any part of the city in a very short time. all in all we are very excited to have booked a 2 room condo on the 7th floor and are very much looking forward to be able to stay there while in the city.

the project here is in the best location next to central chiangmai, a large shopping mall in mueang chiang mai that gathers a variety of products. if you don't want to walk, you can reserve a golf cart for pick up at the condo. the room gives a new ambiance and durable furniture at an affordable price. inside the room, there is a small corner kitchen that can cook. however, the smell doesn't drain well and always smells like food from the next room. the staff is friendly with good services. the common areas are clean, including the fitness center and the swimming pool. besides, from the rooftop, you can also see a beautiful view of doi suthep. i'm very impressed.

this project is nearly completed. i went to explore the route and saw the real one. i think that it is different from the advertisement pictures. but the luxury and design are wonderful. the decorations look luxurious, and the project comprises numerous rooms. the common area is also large, including a large communal pool and a seating area around the pool. the project decoration represents a resort-style that is very shady and pleasant. the room i reserved is a 1 bedroom which i think is enough for 2 people. it is fully furnished. as for the journey, i think it is quite far from the amenities. you need a private car to be more convenient. anyway, if going to the central festival is considered extremely convenient. it only takes about 5 minutes to walk !!

i stayed in chiang mai, so i rented the condo for about two months. this location is quite far from the nimman area, the old city, and the city center. the neighborhood around the condo has full amenities, and it's not far from central chiangmai and big c chiang mai. besides, mcdonald's and 7-eleven are only a few hundred meters away, conveniently reached by foot. you can also grab a taxi service for your convenience. the common area of the condo is spotless. there is a swimming pool, a lounge, a sauna, and many other amenities. everything about this project has impressed me, and the security guards are also very nice and helpful. i hope to return here soon.

it is a modern condo. the interior is decorated with quality furniture. there are many types of rooms available. i choose to rent a studio room as i'm staying alone. the common areas here are fully equipped, including a fully-equipped fitness center and a swimming pool. the condo's location is the best because it is located in the central area, making it convenient to travel around 200 meters from the central department store. in addition, the rental price is also reasonable.

it is a luxurious condo with an extensive range of facilities. it's located on chiang mai - doi saket road, next to central festival chiang mai, making it very easy to get around. i bought three rooms here for renting out; all are studio rooms on different floors. it is considered the most worthwhile investment that i have ever been invested in. it comes at an affordable price with a complete set of furniture, so i don't need to buy anything. i can also make the profit from the rental as an installment payment of the bank loan. very worthwhile!

it is a condo that has just been completed. it’s near central festival mall. after moving in, my life is much more convenient. the room i stayed in is a studio unit, not too small. the design is very inviting. also, i love the swimming pool that is spacious and always kept clean. the units are quite dense with less privacy, but it isn’t a big deal for me.
