my foreign husband and i bought a room in this condo 5 years ago. we visit pattaya once a year and stay for several months each time. because it has lasted for decades, many people might have thought it is an old condo. nevertheless, the building has been well maintained. it doesn't look old. above all, this condo prioritizes large-scale rooms. some of these rooms are bigger than the entire house. we purchased a 3-bedroom unit. the room is quite large, the furniture is tastefully designed, and it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. plus, the common areas are relaxing parts making this condo better because there are many facilities available, such as a swimming pool, saunas, tennis courts, and gardens, all of which are always taken care of by the staff, as for the security system, it's strict from the entrance. what a great place!

i absolutely love this place. it is located in the city center, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and many more. at the same time, the surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. there are also complete facilities in the common area like a gym and swimming pool overlooking wong amat beach. i’m extremely impressed with the staff since they are helpful and attentive. importantly, the price is reasonable. if i have a chance to come back to pattaya again, this place will definitely be my first choice.

there is no complaint about what you get for your money. the only drawback is the building is a bit isolated and may present problems traveling to and from at night.

this is a very cozy modern condo close to the beach. there are three big swimming pools and 2 gyms. good for family stay. with kids as well.

at first, i was looking for a vacation condo near wong amat beach, pattaya. i am interested in this location because it is a quiet beach compared to pattaya beach or bang saen beach. in the neighborhood, there are also restaurants, convenience stores, and leading shopping malls like terminal 21, so i tried to search for information on the fazwaz website. i choose many projects on the web page, and i eventually find an eye-catching project with this exciting project. the room is well decorated, and the one we are interested in is a one-bedroom room, and the size looks just right. plus, the decoration looks modern but straightforward. the highlight, i think, is at the facilities because it seems perfect. the pool faces out to the sea. i can’t help imagining myself swimming while enjoying the beautiful view. it must be pleasing, and there is also a co-working space suitable for freelancers like me. it may be a bit more expensive in terms of price than other projects, but i think it is very worthwhile to consider it with what you get. by the way, thank you, fazwaz, for the information!

the condo is very quiet and private, suitable for people who want a relaxing getaway. the building is old but looks grand with unique architecture. there is a spacious reception hall. the atmosphere is shady, and there is a fish pond and a large swimming pool. the people here are friendly too. it is only 280 meters from the wongamat beach viewpoint.

this is an older condo unit, but that reflects a superior build quality (thick walls) that leads to a restful, low noise atmosphere. popular with european ex-pats and retirees and some working thais. easy access to naklua and baht buses. pleasant pool with showers. 24x7 security, key card access and (limited) parking.
