highest building in pattaya, luxury finish, impressive materials, view of pattaya bay or koh larn or jomtien beach. onsen on the 49th floor! and swimming pool at the 67th! we were able to buy one of the rare 40m2 (the biggest balcony) and we can't wait. the manufacturer sends pdfs with photos of the progress every 45-60 days. bcp better than in france

royal hill has a great location, on the baht bus route, with easy access to jomtien, pattaya and the beach. many bars and good restaurants within walking distance. also close by is a 24 hour supermarket and the bus station to suvarnabhumi airport. the condo has a large pool and the usual facilities of a gym, 24 hour security and under cover parking. a 7/11 right outside. the condos here are particularly good value in the 40-45,000 sqm range well below that charged by the more modern developments. also very good size units non under 40 sqm.

this twin towers is located near jomtien beach, just within walking distance. it is a famous beach with full facilities such as shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, and nightclubs. the people are quite crowded in this area, and it is full of tourists, both thai and foreigners. the project is spotless both in the common areas and inside the room. there is a large swimming pool and car parking. the security staff is friendly and well-mannered. there are beautiful views of the jomtien sea from the rooms on the upper floor, which is suitable for monthly rental for foreigners who like the lively atmosphere like jomtien beach—definitely recommended!

the room is painted pink. good if you like that color. otherwise, you will have to paint. there are some work needed in other area. the room also have many angled walls and will make furniture placement a small challenge.

it is a luxurious high-rise condo with a beautiful and innovative design, lots of classy facilities. besides, the opening price is unbelievably low, starting from 2 million baht for 1 bedroom rooms, with 30 sq.m and high-end furniture set. plus, it opens to a magnificent view of pattaya bay. worthwhile to own it a lot!

the private pool villas here have a very unusual design, but they are uniquely beautiful. there are only 19 units, which are very private. inside the villas, it’s designed in an elegant and classy look, with a very modern smart home system and digital door lock, so exciting! near dongtan beach, just 5 minutes drive.

i have been interested in this project since i heard that a new condo will be built. after having the opportunity to visit the showroom, i immediately decided to book because i was impressed with the luxury of design and furniture used in the project. this condo is a high-rise building that will give the residents a beautiful view of the pattaya sea. besides, the project also has various facilities such as multiple swimming pools, yoga decks, tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball court, and a yard for putt golf, to meet everyone's lifestyle. for traveling, it is not difficult because it is close to many famous places. i'm looking forward to it.

in a side street of 2nd rd, jomtien is this older complex. few minutes away from the beach and the views are good, you can look over pattaya bay. in this area are tons of good restaurants from any cuisine. jomtien is bit more laid back than pattaya city and therefore ideal for older couples or families with young children. the units are of standards materials but the price points are unbeatable with today's new supply.
