when viewing the property, i was actually enormously surprised by the quality, the luxury and the interior with fantastic views of the sea and the city. 3 spectacular pools on different floors, super friendly staff, the free use of all the facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym and the beach area on the ground floor fascinate me. this is living as you dream of it. personally, i have never seen anything more beautiful - a big compliment to the builders and planners - excellent!!!!

i am staying here since 8 years. great sea views. proximity to the beach. only 100m walk. nice clean facilities. 2 big swimming pools. and very diligent 24/7 security. for me the best place to live in jomtien.

this project is huge and fantastic since the first step of visiting. it's suitable for vacation, especially for a family with children because the project provides a large recreation area such as an enormous swimming pool, a go-kart track, the beach, and a treehouse in the project. for the parents, there are other activities available as well. it's convenient that there are shops and restaurants. the property is so eye-catching with a tropical resort design, surrounded by nature. the room is so small, tidy, and clean, yet the room facilities are complete. there is a huge bed, and the hot water system is really good. nice and quiet location away from downtown, but you can walk to the convenience stores in 5 minutes. oh, the price is affordable too!

i recently had a chance to view the mock-up room, and i just decided to make the reservation after visiting. the location is superb as you can walk across the road to reach jomtien beach. it’s also close to malls, restaurants, and convenience stores. the facilities in this condo meet my needs, such as the fitness center, swimming pool, beach club, and steam room. speaking of the room, it seems pretty small. indeed, the space is functional and well-proportioned. the place that i reserved is a 1-bedroom unit, which is only 29 sq.m., but when i saw the room, for real, it’s much more comfortable than i thought. it’s also well-decorated and fully-furnished, which means that i won’t have a hard time selecting each furniture by myself. for those interested in investment, this condo can be profitable as there will be a high-speed rail project to pattaya, contributing to the increasing price in the future for sure.

the project is located in an excellent location in pattaya, adjacent to jomtien beach 2 road, and not far from the jomtien night market. from the project, it's 500 meters by foot to jomtien beach. the staff is helpful and nice. a 1-bedroom unit is fully furnished and ready to move in. inside, the room layout is well-designed. plus, the rental price is not expensive at all.

i have stayed here at this condo for 2 weeks now; at first, i only want to rent it for 3 months only, but i think i will extend the lease to a 1-year contract for many reasons. the first one is the location; i love the harmony of this neighborhood. you can walk to jomtien beach within 10 minutes; it is a much more peaceful beach than pattaya city. the price is entirely worth it because the room is spacious. oh, the room i rented is a 1-bedroom type, coming with quality and fully furnished. second, on the 29th floor, you will see a clear and beautiful jomtien beach view. finally, the atmosphere inside the condo is all good, including very helpful staff and various facilities. what i love is to use a sauna room and a swimming pool. for me, i would like to tell you that this is a perfect condo; i felt like i was at a warm, welcoming home. if anyone is looking for a good condo in pattaya, i highly recommend this place.
