Jomtien Beach North

this condo is in a great location, within walking distance to dong tarn beach. the condo is surrounded by conveniences, such as shops, restaurants, and well-known tourist attractions. the staff is also nice and helpful. however, this beachfront location isn't the right answer for those who prefer a peaceful place because people are crowded, but if you enjoy entertainment, i highly recommend it.

i have booked this condo for 1 unit- 2 bedrooms with fully furnished. it saves my time decorating a lot. i've planned to rent it out shortly. the reason i chose this condo is because it is a new condominium project and outstanding. there will be many tourists visiting pattaya in the future. no high-rise buildings are surrounding the project to commune with the jomtien beach view nicely from every unit, and it's considered the selling points of this project. there is also a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, jacuzzi, and a communal gym located on the 21 and 22 floors facing directly to the sea. besides, i can relax comfortably on the 43rd floor. the highest floor will be an entertainment zone and an on-site restaurant where we can have leisure time in the evening. i think the 43rd floor will be the project highlight when it is completed. i'm the one who will be on that floor. i will also invest in this project because it is a popular and quality property from the riviera group. it is such a masterpiece. i believe in this project because of the construction building standard, and i think i won't be disappointed anymore.

previously, i used to rent a project from the dusit group. i am impressed with the quality of the project because it comes with complete facilities. the quality is considered ok. i looked through the project because i wanted a condo for the long term at an acceptable price. i think it would be the right choice because it is not far from shopping centers and jomtien beach. there are many markets in the neighborhood. if you have a private car, it will be able to travel to various places conveniently. pattaya is a lovely city. there is everything you need. i like it and want to invest in accommodation here. i think it will be worth it.

if you are looking for a villa with high privacy, i would like to recommend the villa in pattaya. you can visit and look at the project as it is very peaceful and close to nature. i always visit this villa for family vacations, and i think that it is a very memorable experience. the project overview is full of green nature, and the guard always takes good care of safety. each villa has a large area and is surrounded by lush greenery gardens. besides, the villa offers a private pool. the villa is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with beautiful furniture. there are many types of villas to choose from, from 2 to 6 bedrooms. the house size can be chosen according to the number of family members who stay to save our expenses. very good value!

i'm looking to buy a vacation condo in pattaya. because personally, i travel a lot each year. so i have come across this project which is what i like very much, whether it is a modern loft style design. and the perfect division of interior space make the room size 1 bedroom wider. and another thing that i like is the swimming pool that is shady with trees. importantly, it's near jomtien beach and dongtan beach. i intend that next year i will go back again when the project is completed if i don't have the problem of covids.

nice and big condo. here is full of positive energy because it is full of beauty. the pool is large and well maintained. there are also slides for children to play. the gym is spacious and has modern equipment. i think the studio rooms are too small. the room i stay in is 51 sq.m. it has 1 bedroom, and it is just right for me. the security system is excellent. there are quite a lot of europeans here. sometimes quite noisy because of the crowds. besides, it is about 2 kilometers from the beach, but there is a shuttle service to the beach. it's more convenient to have a car because if walking to various places will be quite far.

i had a chance to stay here last summer with my wife and son. i can say that i am impressed. the project's location is only a few minutes from jomtien beach and the city center, close to shops, walking street, massage shops, and restaurants, so it's very convenient to travel around. the most impressive thing is that there is a huge lagoon in the middle of the project with two sliders. my son loved it so much. in the meantime, my wife and i went to the spa in the pavilion. besides, there is a greenery terrace around the condo, making it so relaxing. the room we stayed in was a one-bedroom unit with a well-proportioned layout. in the room, there are electric appliances, including a refrigerator, tv, and microwave. the staff provided a wonderful service. i remember one time, i found that the communal bathroom area was not very clean. perhaps it was because it was a high season when many guests used it. so i told the staff to come and clean up. they came right away to clean it. overall, it is considered okay. it is a very family-friendly accommodation. we had such a great time staying here, so we'll definitely come back next time

a beautiful pool villa with a nice design and great landscape. each of them comes with a private swimming pool. the large villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a european style kitchen, completed with kitchenware and a large dining area. this villa size is suitable for a large family. the atmosphere around the project is calm and private, with a high fence and strict security system. the security guards will check around all day long. also, it’s convenient to find food. in front of the village, there are restaurants and shops. easy access to the main road and near jomtien beach, just 5 minutes by car.

the condo here is a low-rise, only 8 floors. you can sit and watch the sunset on the balcony. there are several swimming pools. my favorite part of the facilities is the rooftop pool as it is facing the sea. suitable for relaxation! the atmosphere here is relaxing, quiet, and has 24 hours security. the living room is quite spacious. you can walk to jomtien beach and night market. it only takes about 5-10 minutes. if anyone is looking for affordable accommodation near the beach, i recommend this place. it's a great condo in pattaya !!
