if you want to live where the action is but don’t want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle. viva patong is just that place. where beaches are only a walking distance away and bangla road is only a five minute drive or 15 minute walk.

i want to recommend this place to anyone who wants to find excellent accommodation in patong for both the long term and short term. this place comes with completed facilities in the perfect location, close to the beaches and jungceylon shopping center. the staff is fantastic, very professional. the room is new, bright and gives a stunning view of the sea. the balcony is also quite big and has lots of parking spaces. comfortable! the surrounding atmosphere is quiet because most of them are five-star hotels, not crowded at all. super private!

it is a private villa and conveniently located for sightseeing and shopping. the villa is clean and modern, offering a 360-degree sea view. the surrounding area is surrounded by tranquil nature and complete with many facilities such as a private pool, bbq grilled area, car parking, an excellent security system, villa cleaning service, and other great services. overall, it is worth the price.

this environment is quiet, offering a sea view from the room directly. the villa offers a wide range of facilities and quality. i highly recommended it. it is the best answer for large families because the living area is spacious and we don't have to worry about anything. therefore, this villa will be a fully-equipped place to stay. it is also close to many convenient places and famous nearby attractions such as patong beach and shopping malls, extremely comfortable!

i can’t believe i will find a cheap condo in the touristy area of patong. the room i stayed in is a 2-bedroom unit, good size, and fully furnished. although the condition may not look very new, every piece of furniture is still usable. there is a swimming pool and sunbeds on the rooftop where i can enjoy the sea view, making me feel so joyful.

it was a wonderful vacation. we stayed in a 5-bedroom pool villa that was very spacious with luxurious furniture. there is a private swimming pool, and it has a good atmosphere view, so speechless. the service staff is excellent and gives all help. easy to get around, near karon and patong beaches. excellent here.

it's expensive pool villas, but there is no regret buying it at all. the villa worth every penny. my 2-story villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is spacious, suitable for a large family. i love relaxing by the pool. the villa is located in patong beach, a famous tourist place. even though it's near patong, you can still find privacy within the project.

it has been 2 years since i have lived here. i live alone in a 2-bed unit but use the second bedroom as a working space. the atmosphere here is quiet, not crowded. my fully-furnished room includes a closet, bed, and kitchen equipment. the project provides parking lots, but it is not enough, and there is a rooftop pool. the location is convenient, which is on the way to kata beach, karon beach, and close to patong beach, just a few minutes away.

this villa is big and suitable for vacation. the balcony has a swimming pool, a bbq grill area, offering a fantastic sea view. the villa interior is beautifully and luxuriously decorated. there are 5 bedrooms and many places to relax in, wherever you can choose to sit. it is comfortable and relaxing. apart from that, the staff is ready to serve you and excellently help.
