Patong Beach

i would like to buy in this project, but it was all sold out, it was constructed to a very high standard which i found to be very rare in phuket, the development was built be a german with very high quality fittings. i would say the views from this development of just 8 villas are awesome, probably the best sea views in patong, there located high up at the top off a hill in a nice pleasant quiet soi amongst some very up market multimillion dollar villas. i found them to be the best value for money in patong, a rare find if you can get an owner to part with one

this has got to be the one of the if not the best sea view villa projects in patong. the views are just unbelievable, and the development is finished and maintained to a very high standard not often found in phuket. there are just 8 units in total at highland residence, the project is located at the very end off a private road off nanai road. the location is just perfect as it's about 2 or 3 minutes to patong beach, there is the most gorgeous 18 meter infinity pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views over patong bay. the villas are all the same size and each are accessed via an electric garage door, once inside the property you will be just taken back by the panoramic views of patong bay and the whole city.

the condominium is located at the bottom of a hill which offers one of the best views you can get from patong bay. despite being on a hill, it's very close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk). the swimming pool on the rooftop is a big plus to enjoy the sea view. the maintenance of the building and common areas is good. the apartment i used is spacious and offers a very nice view plus it comes with all you need.

i just reserved a room for this project last month at a low price as it's an off-plan project with convincing promotions provided. there is a guarantee of 7% for 15 years as well. more importantly, i do not have to pay for the fund, water, and maintenance fees. excellent!!! the project has all the facilities. my favorite spot is the rooftop pool, opening to a full view of patong beach. the room i reserved is a 1 bedroom unit, comes in a decent size, and not crowded. it is decorated with attractive modern furniture. it takes less than 2 kilometers from patong beach.

the location is great in the patong area. if you walk to the beach, it's only 850 meters away. although the exterior looks a bit old, the owner takes good care of it. the interior is well decorated, beautiful, and the air conditioner is cool. there are a swimming pool and a rooftop area for the residents.

the only advantage of this hotel resort is really the size of the studios and the facilities like the swimming pool and the well-equipped gym. but the location it is not great, kinda remote area so you really need a bike or car to go anywhere.

outstanding property, on top of the hill at the end of patong bay. great amenities and facilities, spacious rooms and proper management. the design is appealing. despite the leasehold offer its a well managed hotel asset.

the big positive points of haven lagoon is its location, just two minutes drive to the beach or junceyloon, the shopping mall and bangla road. affordable condos with a comfortable size. pools and fitness might be too small though.

i've been reading through investments for this project and went to see the affiliate project here. i think it is an okay project and the best location. it is just about 1 kilometer from the beachfront of patong beach, which you can walk or take a shuttle bus from the project. in addition, this neighborhood has many restaurants, and most of them are western restaurants. it is convenient for foreigners. there is also available in the hotel part as well with helpful and friendly staff who always help. the surrounding area is clean and safe. i think many investors will book this project, and it will be completed in about 2 years !! this condo is suitable for both investment and relaxation !!

it is a new interesting project and worth investing in because the location is good, situated near patong beach. i am interested in this project and have already reserved a room for 1 unit to receive future rental returns. in addition, i was able to stay free for up to 4 weeks a year without having to pay extra. i think it would be okay and not waste investing and also get returns.
