nice clean and tidy. perfect location 500 meters from beach shuttle bus available to take guests to the beach maintenance fee are cheaper comparing to other condominium.

i just bought 1 room here at an excellent price because i purchased it since it was newly launched. i also do business in karon beach and have been renting someone else's condo for many years. and now i want to have my own place. plus, my business is now going well. i thought that i made the right decision in choosing this condo because it is very close to karon beach; you can walk there within about 10 minutes, easy to find food, and not far to the town. as a matter of value, let me say that the project gives many facilities such as a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, fitness, spa, and many project privileges. i like it very much because you can stay at utopia hotels for up to 40 nights a year. now, i keep in mind that when my family visits phuket, they can stay in the hotels in the chain for free. what a good deal!

convenient location between kata beach and karon beach, but not close to the beach. it's a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. the villa is modern and beautifully designed with 2 bedrooms. a private pool is a bit small, but you can swim and chill. also, the pool is on another road's side, making it not very private, which is quite uncomfortable.

this condo is such a relaxing place. it is a beautiful condominium with complete facilities. the rooms that i rented are neatly decorated, providing quality furniture and the living spaces in zones; this size is suitable for a one-bedroom unit. moreover, this condominium is also close to the beach, like kata beach, only 800 meters. it is also convenient transportation because the project is located in the tourist area. it is a very good vacation trip. get to know many people as well.

perfect condominium at an affordable price. the room i rent opens to a mountain and sea view. the morning breeze and atmosphere is impressive. the studio room is spacious, suitable for 2 people with complete facilities such as modern furniture. it's worth the rental price. you can also find restaurants and bars easily around the project as there are plenty of them, both thai and international restaurants. the location is near kata beach and karon beach, just a few minutes drive. overall, it's perfect for living and renting out in the short-term and the long-term.

i and my friends were invited to attend the conference. when we arrived, we were guided into a car parking space and then taken to the restaurant area by an escort. the villas are very comfortable and have available everything you need. you feel home, it's very private, spacious, and luxurious. great place to view the sunset

project is overal average. average facilities, rooms, quality etc. the projects best feature is its location right in the middle of kata and karon. you can actually walk to both beaches and main entertainment areas from here.

staying at the view gives you a very nice relaxing holiday spirit, the pool and the sea view is one of the best in that area. and the on-site restaurant provides a good service and nice atmosphere overlooking the pool and further out to the sea

a great find, located on the hill between kata noi and kata beaches. quiet and green residence with 2 common pool and fitness. low density residence will only 3 apartments per building. a new restaurant called issara just recently opened and served excellent thai fusion cuisine. location is perfect as in the middle of kata and kata noi – both beaches can be reached by walking and several restaurants and grocery stores along the way.

even the project is not located within walking distance to the beach it is very nice, the location is peaceful and inside the project itself it has a very nice vegetarian restaurant with amazing views ower kata bay, the spa facilities also very nice providing a very relaxing atmosphere.
