the best property in south of phuket. i found only 1 minus for me - no gym inside. good location, you could also find the newly renovated apartments in phase 1. do not recommend to rend flats with the kitchen with no window.

i have been staying at namphung phuket for several months already and i have to say that i am glad that decided to stay here. tesco lotus, grocery is less than 5 min walk as long as a gym, laguna rawai, sauna and spa, bakery, fish restaurants etc......everything close by. the place has been recently being renovated and you can relax and unwind in their gardens. they have hammocks, swings and even a waterfall with fishes inside. the staff are very helpful and polite. i will be staying here for long and i do really love my duplex apartment as it is ideal for a couple like us. i could not afford a villa but if i could definitely i would be going for it. it is a pity that they have not yet finished their photo/videoshoot to showcase what a wonderful place is. a visit will definitely convince you.

i have lived in phuket for almost 10 years and have relocated many times. this time i wanted to stay in the rawai area. after i learned about this project. i had the opportunity to visit the model villa and neighboring areas. personally, i really like it! because it is quiet and private. also, the project has only 5 units which are quite limited. and i can get to know all my neighbors. the villa is modern style with 4 bedrooms and is beautifully decorated. there is an outdoor pool with a parking lot. as i like going sunbathing, i can drive from the project to nai harn beach or kata beach in only a few minutes. i am looking forward to the construction project being completed by the end of this year.

i've been there for almost two months now. it is a new condo, just completed. the room i stayed in is a one-bedroom unit; the size is quite okay. there are furniture and electrical appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and tv. the kitchen here is not very spacious, but it's not a problem because i wouldn't say i like to cook by myself. personally. also, rawai beach is famous for its fresh seafood, along with the choices of restaurants. i highly recommend going there. if you don't want to go out, you can use the facilities in the project. there are a bar, a cafe, and a pool on the rooftop. the security system is trustworthy such as key card access, and a 24-hour security guard, making me feel safe. it's another interesting condo at an affordable price. there are many rooms available to suit your needs, from 1 bedroom to penthouse. it is another good quality condo in phuket.

i've searched for information about this project for some time. it is an interesting one. the room that we are interested in is a one-bedroom unit; the size is considered okay, not too narrow. the design looks simple and cozy. another interesting feature here is that the project will be divided into 2 zones, the residential units, and the investment units. i want to buy it for investment because this condo's location is quite reasonable within a few mins to rawai beach. also, phuket is a touristy place. i'm quite sure that i'll get good benefits in return. it's under the management of the best western hotel chain, world-class hotels, so i'm pretty confident. within the project, there is a swimming pool, restaurant, and fitness center. it's easy to get around, as it's not far from the city, which takes just half an hour driving to central foresta. it's pretty far from the airport, though. overall, it's okay.

none can be comparable to this condo! it is both a unique and affordable price. clean, new, and beautifully designed, close to rawai beach within walking distance. rawai beach is the center of all amenities. there are fresh seafood restaurants, thai massage parlors, and convenience stores. the project has many types of villas with the same. i stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool where i can hold a bbq party. it is very suitable for relaxing with family and children like it because there are both a water park and a large playground. we met new friends of various nationalities. there are activities available for all ages. within the project, there is also a restaurant which we could order to eat at the villa. i'm very impressed. i want to come back again when will covid-19 ends.

nice modern studio well equipped in a beautiful and quiet residence. beautiful and large 2 swimming pools, a fitness, and sauna. great location, just opposite rawai beach. very convenient for people who don’t want to drive in phuket. out of the residence, on the promenade, plenty of delicious thai seafood and western restaurants, massage shops (kim massage) and groceries. a gypsy village where you can buy fresh seafood and the restaurants will cook them for you!!! note that you can’t swim rawai beach, you need to go to naiharn beach with the shuttle bus from the residence.
