i rented a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. the room is very spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. i enjoyed sleeping in a very comfortable bed. the condo has many great amenities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a sauna. the staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks multiple languages. i would recommend this place to anyone that loves shopping because it is very close to central festival phuket, which is only a 10-minute drive away, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. the room is not soundproofed. i can still hear the noise when the neighbor opening and closing the door, but overall, i had a good time. the rental price is reasonable. i would absolutely return and stay here again.

the new condo building provides a peaceful living environment. from the window, you can admire the scenery of phuket city. the receptionist is friendly and helpful. there is a clean swimming pool, sauna area, steam room, and parking lot. the room is a one-bedroom unit with all of the necessary furniture and equipment. there is also a washing machine. it is quite easy to travel to chaofa variety market, central festival phuket, and the old city area. travel time is less than 10 minutes. most importantly, it is an affordable price. i'm really amazed!

i just checked out from the project yesterday, so i would like to review the place here. it is considered an excellent accommodation in terms of location. conveniently located in the center of the city, food is easy to find, and pleasant atmosphere. close to phuket chaloem phrakiat park for relaxation and famous department stores such as central floresta, central festival phuket, and chaofa variety market, and many others. the project’s common area and bedrooms are clean. the infinity pool is beautiful, and inviting to swim in. as for the room, i chose to stay in a 1-bedroom unit, the room size is large, not cramped, and fully furnished. shame that the sofa is way too small and uncomfortable. overall, it is suitable for the rental price. it is considered to be one of the most worthwhile accommodations ever.

i bought this house many years ago after i had searched for many projects. i bought the townhouse with 3 beds and 2 baths. the unit area is not too wide or cramped. the project has facilities, and my wife usually goes to play tennis. also, there is a pool, a gym, or you can go jogging around the project because the project's road is quite wide. i decided to buy this place is because of the location. my daughter studies at daorung school, which is 5 minutes away on foot. central festival is just 6 minutes away by car or 10 minutes to downtown market, super convenient! the only downside of the area is the heavy traffic in the morning and afternoon, but i can deal with it!
