one of the most spectacular locations - uninterrupted views over the andaman sea due to its position on a hilltop 50 meters elevated from the sea level. the ao yon area is probably phuket’s best kept secret - it’s tucked away from mass tourism yet you’re surrounded by some of the islands most exclusive 5star resorts. you’re in the countryside on a peninsula with views of both sunrise and sunset yet only 20minutes drive away from all the amenities of phuket town such as the best shopping malls and hospitals.

i've been to many two villas projects. most of them are located in quiet and private locations. as the same, this project is located on a hill. security guards are strict. i visited the villa with my father and i was impressed. the villa comes in beautiful style and is fully furnished. the kitchen and living area are spacious. the swimming pool is also massive, overlooking the mountains and the sea. the selling price is considered expensive. but it is suitable for rental business investment either on a daily or monthly basis. the villa is in a great location, less than 10 minutes’ walk to ao yon beach, cape panwa and the aquarium.

i was very impressed with this villa. it is a relaxing place for the family, situated on the top of cape panwa. it only takes 6 minutes to get to khao khad views tower and 3 minutes to get to ao yon beach. the villa has a stunning 360-degree view of the ocean, a private swimming pool, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for any parties, parking, and a 24-hour security system. the spacious villa is charming in luxurious thai style. recommended!!! it is a great place to stay with family and friends.

worth paying! i moved to this condo a year ago and planned to extend my stay because the rental fee is fair. my room is a studio suitable for living alone. i can also get a sea view from the balcony. the building is not updated as it was finished a long time ago, but it's well-maintained, clean, and quiet. ideal location near many tourist attractions such as ao yon beach, khao khad viewpoint, and makham beach. unfortunately, we can't have many facilities here, such as a swimming pool, not a big deal though.

the condo we rent has 2 beds 2 baths, quite spacious and well proportioned. plus, it faces the beach, so i enjoy the beautiful sea view in the morning. as i barely go out on the weekends, i usually go to the gym, a swimming pool, and a spa in the condo. the location is excellent because there are many amenities like 7-11, restaurants, hospitals, and schools. it's nice to move to this area because i can have a full rest. the atmosphere is so relaxing. not surprised why there are many big hotels around, and it's also not far from phuket town. just 20 minutes to central festival phuket kaew, or you can go kayaking in ao yon, which is just 5 minutes away. so impressive, i will be back!

the condo is tranquil, ideal for real relaxation. the location is also close to tourist attractions such as ao makham, ao yon beach, and khao khad view point. i don't have to drive far. our room looks normal, fully furnished, and usable. the balcony is also spacious, offering a sea view. the atmosphere is generally tranquil and relaxing. the room rate is also reasonable.

nice place and clean room. inside the project, there is a spacious parking space and free wi-fi. the room is a one-bedroom type with a nicely designed layout, not cramped. pleasant to live in! great location, close to many tourist attractions such as ao yon beach and the aquarium. the atmosphere is excellent and quiet. i like it.

every time my girlfriend and i come to phuket, we usually stay in this place. we love it! there are different types of rooms available, from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. usually, we are in a one-bedroom sky suite type. the room is in good condition. there is a balcony with a panoramic sea view. most importantly, the staff is friendly and attentive. the project is on a hill near kalim beach and patong beach, where many restaurants and shops nearby. it’s great. i’ll definitely come back here again.
