as with all banyan tree properties, it comes with great services as a free shuttle bus to all lagoona hotels. there is a foreign supermarket walking distance, a beach with sunbeds and a shower within walking distance, a 50-bath shuttle to the villa market, and a 100-bath shuttle to patong and floresta - centers of fun and tourist life. the planning and design is smart (we have 3 bedrooms). i had to make a slight renovation in 2023, but generally super happy with cassia residence. you have security everywhere and personnel is friendly.

stayed here with my family for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom number. my wife was pleased with the size of the room. it is much bigger than what you can find for the same price in this location. kids were happy to have their own room and even a jacuzzi on the balcony-terrace, where they played most of the time. the infrastructure of the area is great. bangtao beach is in 20 minutes walking distance or a 5 minutes ride on a minibus from laguna gates. boat avenue, where we ate almost every day, is in 5 minutes walking distance. the hotel was not new, but it is very well kept. the family was happy, and i could not hoped for more

i appreciated location, infrastructure and silence. diamond's location is great. it is possible to go to the beach and to the good restaurants nearby. bangtao beach (5 minutes walking distance) cleaner than many other beaches and has a lot of beach clubs with good service and food. for me it is important to get very good quality of food. so porto de phuket in 10 minutes walking distance really saves much time.

the villa is beautifully modern and unique. it seems to be larger than 350 square meters, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. considering its size, i would call it a mansion. the villa is also decorated with built-in furniture. at the front, there is a swimming pool and a private garden suitable for living in a large family and very livable as the dream home of many people for sure. unfortunately, the facilities are almost nothing except for the security system. yet it is a good place to stay because the location is excellent, close to laguna phuket, porto de phuket and villa market. everything is comfortable.

i’ve bought a unit from this project and waited for it to be completed, hopefully in 2022. this new project caught my attention as the location is close to bang tao beach and other amenities. the project’s direction is not complicated. i bought it because i love the design, location, and the sea view the project has offered. the room is spacious and well-proportioned into a bedroom, a kitchen, a living area, and a balcony. overall, this is perfect as a vacation place and for investment because it offers a guaranteed return from rental up to 8% for 3 years. worthwhile both for living and gaining profits.

i love this condo for its location near bang tao beach; you can walk only 200 meters, and not far from porto de phuket and boat avenue, cherngtalay, just a short drive there. as for the condo itself is very beautiful, enjoyable to stay in with all the amenities. i like the swimming pools on the rooftop and downstairs, and there is also a sauna room available. the 1-bedroom type is 62.50 sq.m. with a large area and elegant design and decoration. every piece of furniture is modern and looks very high-end. i've just reserved one room because the price is likely to increase in the future. i intend to buy it for speculation or rent out.
