this condo has an amazing rooftop, and overall the rooms and layout are comfortable. it is suitable for both residence and investment. the whole area has been upgrade significantly, and the condo is right in front of the bts station. only 20 minutes to asok by bts, and the mrt yellow line connects with airport rail link which makes the place very conveniently located.

the project is under construction. but now, if you evaluate it visually, it's over 60 % complete, and i went to see the sample room. i fell in love with it here. the room is beautiful and modern. the functions in the room are complete. the common area is a full range, answering the needs of people who love staying at home like me. and interestingly, it's the different technologies that the developers have applied. very cool. in terms of location, it's excellent. it is right next to sri lasalle mrt, also convenient to get in the city and saves a lot of time.

750 meters walk to bts bearing. in front of the condo there are 7-11. the condo near imperial samrong, inside there is a big c and movie theater, an ice skating court(real ice playground). which can fit all your daily needs in there. 500 meters walk to the opposite of condo is st andrews international school. and bangna golf course is 2 kilometers away, not far as well.

i am interested in this place because of the price. the project is near pu chao bts station and big c. beautiful condo with full facilities, very nice swimming pool. the 2-bedroom unit is compact. the interior is divided into sections, looks modern, and the kitchen is separated with a sliding door and has small windows. get bright from natural light and can open for ventilation. very convenient for anyone who has or has no private cars because it is on sukhumvit road, which you can drive out easily or call a taxi, take a motorbike taxi, take a bus, including bts. great location.

the condo here is suitable for people working or living in this area. the location is quiet. there is big c nearby. the project is located in the local community, making dining out easy. just a few steps, you can get to from pu chao bts. there are a motorcycle and a taxi service available all day. unfortunately, it is a bit far from the city. the room i live in is 1-bedroom, the interior is spacious with a complete set of furniture, materials are okay. the living area is proportioned. there are many facilities in the common area, such as a games room, a swimming pool, garden, relaxation area, fitness center, and more. i like the view at the pool at night. the city view is quiet and peaceful. the neighbors are nice too, but it's not recommend for tourists because it takes almost 1 hour to go the siam.

i bought this place because i wanted to stay in a quiet atmosphere. this condo is far from the crowded area in the city but still in a convenient location. from here, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the bts station, which is very close and affordable. the common facilities are clean, and there is a 7-eleven downstairs. the rooftop offers a stunning view of the chao phraya river curve. the rooms are a good size for 2 people, i suggest buying a room that is a little bigger if you need more space. but overall, it's worth it.

for those who want to escape the busy city center, this place is very suitable because the project is quite far from the city. it isn't crowded, but you don't worry about traveling because it's close to chang erawan bts, which has recently opened. it takes 2 minutes walking. the number of units is quite large with over a thousand units, making it less private. the room is quite narrow. for example, the room where i live is a studio, about 23 sqm, but it's comfortable being alone. however, the room is well-proportioned. there is also a laundry room. the washing machine is enough for residents, but there is only one dryer. it's fine in summer, but when it comes to the rainy season, i'm afraid that the tumble dryer won't be enough. although the surrounding area doesn't have any restaurant or market, it's still good that there are shops and restaurants around the project, which is very convenient.
