Great location. Ideal for all lifestyle. Staff are friendly and the building has just been painted. Biggest park in bangkok located at the end of the road Condo seems quiet but loads of restaurants nearby as well as bts and mrt Car parking available

Our room is 1 bedroom with a spacious, pleasant, and fully furnished with simplicity. The project focuses on usability. The condo site is also tranquil, the neighbors are friendly, and the security system is excellent, which there is a guard who always takes care of. The common area is spacious, and I love to use the service, whether a communal pool and a gym, because the equipment is new and clean. As for the pool, it is wide and clean. The staff regularly changes the water. Besides, the project location is conveniently located and easily accessible to the BTS station without using private cars. It makes my traveling to the office and the weekends comfortable. However, I think it is inconvenient to use a private car because the traffic here is terrible. It'd better use the BTS.

I've been looking for a condo through the website for a long time and would like to share a room with a Japanese friend. When I found the condo here, I was satisfied because commuting is not difficult. When I asked to see the room, I was stunned at first as it was different from the pictures, but overall it is very ok. The condo atmosphere is shady and natural. There is a large and clean swimming pool. Plus, maintenance is done well. The journey is convenient. Finding something to eat nearby is not difficult. The project is near Korea Town and walks to Nana BTS, only about 10 minutes !!

The project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 10. There are many Korean restaurants on the main street. I go there quite often and become a regular customer. The Asoke BTS is about 550 meters away, and the Terminal 21 shopping mall is right there; it is an excellent location. The condo is not outdated. Besides, the facilities are in good condition. The 2-bedroom unit I rented is spacious, fully furnished. I've been here for almost 3 months now. Overall, it is good, except for the slow WiFi.

This condo is far from Nana BTS station, about 500 meters, and Asok BTS station, about 600 meters. Super convenient location and convenient transportation. Recommended this place for the one who has no private car. A cozy place, easy to find foods, close to the local markets, shopping malls, Benjakitti Park, Korea town, etc. Nice pool. But just a little thing that fitness is quite small.
