- To get to the project by car, you can start from Phuket Provincial Social Security, Kathu, by heading south along Phra Phuket Kaeo Road with a distance of about 1.5 kilometers. Then, turn left behind D Condo Mine Intersection and continue driving for another 300 meters. Afterward, drive further onto Soi The Valley for 450 meters, turn left to drive for 54 meters, and turn left again. Drive further for another 400 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

The luxurious detached house

I recently visited a resale house in a residential project and was impressed with the peaceful and private atmosphere. The security guard was very attentive and ensured that all visitors felt safe. The communal pool was also large, and there were only 50 houses in the project. We were particularly interested in a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms because it had ample parking space and a beautiful garden. The house's interior was spacious and well-furnished, making it a great value. The house's location is convenient, being close to Prince Of Songkla University Phuket Campus and accessible to the city center and Patong Beach, as well as other popular beaches. Overall, this house exceeded my expectations and met my needs perfectly.
