Direction to the Project

To get to the project by car, you can start from Ari BTS Station with a distance of approximately 550 meters. It takes about 2 minutes. Then, head south on Route 1, and continue straight for about 500 meters. After that, make a U-turn at Soi Phahon Yothin 2, continue for about 50 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by the BTS, you can get off at Sanam Pao BTS Station with a distance of about 450 meters, or it takes about 6 minutes by walk. Then, head north along Route 1 to Soi Phahon Yothin 3/Soi Lue Cha 2, and continue walking for about240 meters. After that, turn right to go onto Soi Phahon Yothin 3/Soi Lue Cha 2, walk for about 15 meters, and turn right. Then, continue walking straight for about 170 meters, and you will find the project on the left. Moreover, you can choose a motorbike taxi service as it will be more convenient.

Luxury condo, located in the business center, convenient to travel

It is a beautiful and fantastic condo in a convenient location near 2 BTS stations, offering a beautiful view. I spent a month staying here to travel to Bangkok and nearby places. So, I choose to relax at this condo; it is a 2-bedroom condo, but the price is relatively high. Also, it is conveniently located near shopping malls and many delicious restaurants. So, I consider it a perfect choice for me. The facilities are also complete, ideal for relaxing, including a swimming pool and extensive sky gardens, offering a fantastic Bangkok's city scenery and ambiance. The only disadvantage here is that there are insufficient car parking spaces that I am a little bit bored looking for a parking space at a time. On the other hand, the receptionist at the lobby and the security guards are cute and friendly, giving a sense of warmth.
