This project's common area is distinguished because there is a full range of facilities and quite vast. The security system is also excellent. The village club is clean, consisting of modern fitness. Also, the pool is clean. The downside is that the security staff rarely cares for the residents sometimes. However, the house interior is beautifully decorated in Thai Lanna style. My house is a 1 story house, adequate space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I think it well-suits for a small family and not far from Chiang Mai City. It takes just 15 minutes to drive into town. The atmosphere is great in winter. Overall, I think it is worth the money.

A big house in an applied Lanna style. It's beautifully designed both inside and outside with Thai art and wooden materials. Perfect as a family vacation home with 2-3 bedrooms with a swimming pool. It has high-security systems. Conveniently travel to town within 15 minutes.

It’s another interesting single-detached house project in Chiang Mai. I’ve no regret buying this house. My house is a spacious four-bed detached house in a luxurious Lanna design. More importantly, it is not far from the airport, CentralPlaza Chiang Mai Airport, and also there are convenience stores and restaurants, making it convenient.

It is a luxury house project in Thai Lanna style, giving a feeling of livability and relaxation. My husband and I like this atmosphere because Chiang Mai is another province that often comes for vacation. So, I decided to buy a house in Chiang Mai. Originally, I am a native of Chiang Mai. There won't be problems to purchase here because I can stay closer to my parents and siblings. My husband also agreed. As we've been here for a while, the atmosphere is very nice, quiet, private, and complete with in-house facilities. It makes everyday life more comfortable. In addition, it is also located not far from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and Chiang Mai International Airport, it is very worthwhile to buy.
