Then, continue heading south on Soi Ruamchit to go onto Soi 6 and continue straight for 750 meters. After that, turn right at the Siam Commercial Bank on the right and continue for 200 meters. Turn left at the 1st Junction to continue on Chao Lai Road, continue straight for another 1.8 kilometers, and you will find the project on the right.

The highlight luxurious condo with a beautiful room adjacent to Cha-Am Beach

First of all, I can tell that this condo has just been completed a few years ago. I have reserved it since the first opening for sale at a price of only a million baht, and a 1-bedroom size may be small for me, but I intend to buy it for rent because I like the design and decoration. The location is close to Cha-Am Beach conveniently, near many roads, and close to many important places, including hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores. This area also has a food delivery service to the room. The project facilities are considered complete, including a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. However, my room is on the 18th floor, giving a perfect view of the sea and the city. Such a wonderful thing that I've never seen before! Even during the near sunset, it gives incredible scenery. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a compact room to live in or rent; it is suitable for this price.
