Khao Takiab Beach is the nearest Beach from The Views and it is 4.2 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

Luxury house with private pool There is a small garden as a common area. For a relaxing walk in the project But there is no pool included. Or that fitness, there is a 24-hour security guard with a very beautiful mountain view. If you like playing golf, it is perfect. Because it is close to the Banyan golf course There is a shop near the project. Drive into town for about 20 minutes. There is a shuttle bus in the project.

This pool villa is well-designed, and it is one of the best housing projects in Hua Hin. The environment is pleasant, with many flowers lining the streets. Moreover, the gardens are well maintained, beautiful views, quiet and serene. The villa has a high level of privacy as fences around the house. Don't worry at all !! The pool villa is decorated with soft colors and classy furnishings. There is also an expansive range of facilities. The most special thing is the private swimming pool, which is not too big. Besides, the house area is wide and spacious, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Additionally, the pool villa is not far from Hua Hin Floating Market, Hua Hin Beach, and Hua Hin Airport, which is only a few traveling hours. It's comfortable.

My friends and I stayed at this villa last weekend. Overall, the place is impressive. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The space is open and airy, so we had a good wind flow throughout the day. There is a complete set of kitchenware and appliances in the kitchen, so it was convenient for us to cook. The pool is large. We always sat there in the evening or swam. It was so fun! Oh, you don't need to worry about safety because the villa is gated, and the guards were always checking on us for 24 hours. The location is also not far from Hua Hin Town, just 10 minutes to Vana Nava Waterpark and Hua Hin Beach. Anyways, the project's entrance can be dark and desolated at night, but the route is short. Nice overall!
