- To get to the project by car, you can start from Thep Phraya Intersection by heading south along Thappraya Road/ Jomtien Sai 2 Road with a distance of about 3.7 kilometers. Then, turn left onto Chaiyaphruek Road to continue driving for about 290 meters and turn right onto Soi Chaiyaphruek 3. Afterward, continue driving further for another 650 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

A small condo at a reasonable price

It's a nice condo in the small project located in an excellent location, with a quiet atmosphere. Plus, the view from the room is beautiful. I came to visit the room for renting. At first, I planned to rent for only 3-months, but I like everything here, so I've been staying till now. There is a lovely pool, a fitness center, and parking spaces. If you have a car, it's easy to get around. Jomtien Beach and Dongtan Beach are also nearby. It is considered complete for finding food, and bars are lined along.
