Then, turn left onto Soi Udom Suk 60 to continue driving for about 300 meters, and turn left again to continue onto Udom Suk Raod (Soi Sukhumvit 103) for 2.8 kilometers. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Udom Suk 18 to continue driving further for another 450 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

And I think it's suitable for those who want to invest in renting out the property as well because it is quite in demand for growing small-medium businesses. In addition to being able to use the space effectively, it is also convenient to get around as it is close to Udom Suk BTS station and Central Bangna. With a large usable area of ​​​​388 square meters and a ceiling height of 3.7 - 5.0 meters inside the house makes, it looks airy, airy, and well-ventilated, and the first floor can park up to 8 cars. Also, the materials and furniture are of good quality.
