The units are small and cater to a low-mid income earners. Quality of materials is low and reflects in the price. Overall perfect if you have a tight budget but not sure how long the fittings and furniture will last.

The project is suitable for people looking for a condo in the Lasalle-Bearing-Bang Na area. The condo is in the alley, so the selling price is not that expensive, and ​​the project has all-around convenience shopping. If you want to go out and get something to eat and drink, it's also convenient. Getting around and into the city is easy because there is a Bearing BTS near the project. As for the rooms, there are 3 interesting room types, ranging from 1-2 bedrooms, every room is fully furnished, no need to add more decorations. The showroom I have viewed is a 1 bedroom unit. The interior is quite spacious and well proportioned. The materials are worthwhile and of good quality. Above all, there are complete communal facilities, such as the swimming pool, the sauna, the fitness room, the rooftop relaxation area, the garden area, the lounge area, and the strict security system. Something I would like to mention is that the price here is not as high as you think. Anyone who wants to experience a good life must visit this brand new and fabulous project.
