To get to the project by car, you can start at Witthayu Intersection. Head south on Witthayu Road towards Sathorn Road for 1.9 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Soi Sathorn 10 for 190 meters; you will find the project on your left.
To get to the project by public transportation, you can get off at Chong Nonsi BTS, the closest station at 700 meters. Exit the station and head southeast to the Sathorn-Narathiwas Intersection for 220 meters. Then turn right onto North Sathorn Road for 210 meters. Turn right again onto Soi Sathorn 10 and continue for 170 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Modern property and close to BTS

Modern property in the heart of Bangkok's major business district. Convenient to travel as it's located a few hundred meters from Chong Nonsi BTS. There are a garden and a rooftop swimming pool with a great view. There are both 1 and 2 bedrooms here. The staff speaks English well and helpful.

A comfortable condo to live in with a quiet room where you can relax pleasantly. There are complete facilities with a clean common area. The project has a high level of security, a good atmosphere, shady and comfortable to use. The location is conveniently located with easily accessible, close to restaurants and cafes. It's easy to travel by private car, or you can take the BTS as it's 1 kilometer close to Chong Nonsi BTS station, very convenient!!

This condo is not far from Chong Nonsi BTS. It's only about 400 meters away, making it easy to travel anywhere. My room is a one-bedroom unit, spacious, well furnished. The fitness center is vast and has a lot of users. The swimming pool is outdoor, giving you a full view of the city. Overall, everything is considered perfect. I like it here.

The place has everything you can think of, including coffee shops and restaurants. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 400 meters away, making it easier to travel. The condo is in modern style with a swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop garden for a stunning view at night. Unfortunately, without lighting, the daytime view is not as stunning as the nighttime. The one-bedroom unit is very spacious. The furniture is complete and modern. It's the right choice for people who love convenience like me. Overall, everything is great here.

Good location, close to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Good living place and nice decoration. The room has a spacious living area and brightens from natural light. I usually enjoy the garden as it’s quite cool and pleasant. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Good Environment. The rental fee is a little expensive, but it is worth it for me because it is close to my office. Saving on travel expenses a lot!
