New condominium with a comfortable price. The project provides a free shuttle bus to MRT station. The project location is just 200 meters to Bangson MRT station. Besides, many retail shops are on-site, such as 7-Eleven, coffee shops, restaurants, and salons. However, the limited parking spaces are the issue, which is not enough parking spaces for residents, even we park as double parking.

I am an office worker. My workplace is located nearby the MRT line. Earlier I was frustrated with traffic problems and reached the point where I decided to find another place to live. When I found this condo, those traffic issues are no longer bother me. This place is really close to the MRT station. Now, my life in Bangkok has become much more convenient. I bought it for a million baht, and everything is worth it. The room comes with well-proportioned. Unfortunately, the project has only one room to choose from, which is only 1 Bedroom type. The room comes with Standard materials. All the facilities of the project include a gym, swimming pool, parking lot. On holidays, we often use the gym or sometimes go swimming. Someday I want to chill out. I'll take the MRT to Tao Poon Station that interchange to the Blue line. It will take me to Central Lad Prao and Central Rama IX or get to the Chatuchak flea market. I can go there without getting bored. The security system is standard. The juristic officer is friendly and knowledgable. Personally, I am impressed. Recommend for anyone looking for an affordable condo with convenient transportation.

I bought this condo as my first condo at a very affordable price and close to many amenities. Therefore, I decided to buy with this price. The room I purchased is appropriate for the price. Not too small, not too big. Overall, furniture is good compared with this price. There is also a separate swimming pool. The location is situated in an attractive area, taken either by private car or by bus, to travel anywhere. Now I am feeling good to buy a condo for this project. I never had any problems at all.
