Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the MRT service. The nearest station is Phra Ram 9 MRT (Chalerm Ratchamongkol Line). Then, take Exit 3 to get off the station and continue walking south onto Ratchadaphisek Road. After that, use the crosswalk to cross into Rama 9 Road Side and continue for about 110 meters. Finally, turn left at the Rama 9 Junction to continue for only 160 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9 by heading south on Ratchadaphisek Road with a distance of about 250 meters. Then, turn left to continue onto Rama 9 Road for about 500 meters and make a U-turn at the MCOT Junction to continue for about 400 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

A beautiful condo in the heart of the Rama 9 area

I came to Thailand to invest in the business, and I've been looking for many condos in potential locations. Finally, I came across this project because it is located in the New Rama 9 CBD area, which caught my interest because it was close to everything. You don't even need your own car because Phra Ram 9 MRT and Makkasan ARL stations are nearby, as well as it is also close to a number of major department stores. Also, the project includes a variety of facilities, including multi-purpose rooms, swimming pools, a garden with viewpoint, fitness centers, and excellent security systems. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom unit with plenty of space, a high ceiling, and good decoration and proportion. There are all of the necessary in-room facilities. It's a project I'd recommend to everyone who enjoys living in a vibrant community.
