I've been in this condo for nearly two years. It is conveniently accessible to the Huai Khwang MRT, which is a few steps away. It will get a little wet if it rains because there are a few steps to the room. It's also close to a number of shops, including Big C Extra Ratchadaphisek, Esplanade Cineplex Ratchadaphisek, CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9, and others. My room is a 1 bedroom that is fully furnished, suitable for 1-2 people. I enjoy swimming and exercising at the community gym. It's super fun. There are friendly neighbors and staff who are always willing to help and support the residents. I'm really impressed.
