To get to the project by car, you can start on South Sathorn Road and head west through Sathorn-Surasak Intersection. After that, go straight for about 800 meters to enter Krung Thon Buri Road, then go straight for about 550 meters. Take 2 lanes on the left to exit to Charoen Nakhon Road and continue straight for about 540 meters and turn right onto Charoen Nakhon Road. Within 1.2 kilometers, you will find the project.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain station. The closest station is Krung Thon Buri BTS Station, which is about 2 kilometers away from the project. You can take a taxi or motorbike taxi to continue the project.

Never thought I'd enjoy living in a condominium, but since I moved into Watermark everything turned out great. The facilities are more than I could expect (i.e. basketball court, tennis court, 3 swimming pools, gym, yoga room and more). There have been maintenance issues in terms of the lifts not being able to function at times. But the best part is the view of the Chao Phraya River and beyond that the city. Plus, it's pet-friendly!

I am an agent - I have been many times at Watermark recently and I guarantee its one of the best riverfront project. The tower A which is the tallest got in total 8 lifts which is very convenient in rush hour time. I recommend the facing West from both towers A and B facing the Rama 3 bridge if you want the fully unblocked view. Facilities are super nice and well maintained, 3 swimingpools - gym and squash court.

I used to rent the room from this condo for about 6 months. I am very impressed. I feel that I can’t choose this condo. The first thing I want to mention is the location. The condo is located along the Chao Phraya River, which is very nice. Every time coming back from work tired, I always enjoy the riverside view, which makes me completely lose my tiredness. The room I stayed in was a 2 bedroom room, and the room was spacious. There is clear zoning. The furniture is not very modern, but it is still functional in every piece. Kitchen equipment, washing machine, and other necessary electrical appliances are also available. The facilities are equally complete. There are also some interesting extras like tennis courts and a small golf course in addition to standard condo-like facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and car park. Whenever I was bored, I liked to go to shopping malls like ICONSIAM or Asiatique, which are not far from the project. Speaking and thinking about life at that time, it was perfect. If I have a chance, I’ll definitely stay in the same place.
