Just 5 min away from iconsiam and many other riverfront attractions, this low density project offers true privacy for buyers who like the finer things in life. Each unit faces to the river side and has an elevated ceiling height. Private elevators, concierge services and top nodge facilities. Only minus point is the soi entrance towards the project which unfortunately is not in the developers control

Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok should be a great place to live for those who are seeking life away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok City. It provides tranquil living with all units facing towards the river. The unit layouts are well-designed with an expansive view of the Chao Phraya River. However, the location in which the swimming pool is set could be better (i.e. with a riverside view) for the price.

The first time I visited Thailand, I was the tourist who intended to visit Koh Samui, located in Surat Thani Province. I stayed at Banyan Tree in Koh Samui. During vacation, I was fascinated with everything about the hotel, such as the design, hotel services, and the surrounding atmosphere. The design is lovely, a 5- star service, and the surrounding atmosphere is tranquil. It could be said that I never felt disappointed when I visited Thailand. The second time I revisited Thailand and stayed in Bangkok. So, I wanted to stay at Banyan Tree Hotel, and we started searching on the internet where there was Banyan Tree Hotel or not until I found and immediately booked it. It is located in the prime location with a tranquil Chao Phraya River view. It brings residents to have leisure time. Another reason we chose Banyan because we visited the showroom, and it was well-design and spacious. Also, the furniture is modern and standard. It contributes to the interior and exterior elegance with a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River. You can experience with Bangkok view from a 180-degree. When I felt tired or bored, I can look through the window communing with a beautiful view. It was such a great therapy ever. Therefore, I bought one room here because we love the design of Banyan Tree, and I plan to stay in Thailand for the long term to do the business here. It must be the present that we have given myself to relax in Thailand.
Luxury Condominium with 5-star service

I married a foreign husband many years ago. My husband is a businessman who travels abroad very often. The reason that we chose here mainly because of the breathtaking view. It is very close to the Chao Phraya River and has a green area of the project. Trees give shade like we are resting in the resort. Plus, we believe that this project is designed under the Banyan Tree Group, with 5-star hotel service. So, we decided to buy a 3-Bedroom unit. The condo area is quiet and privacy. We bought a room with fully furnished almost all imported furniture with luxury as standard. Automatically the curtains in the room and the room we stayed in is a corner room with a stunning view. Adjacent to the Chao Phraya River that we can appreciate all day long. I am impressed with the bathroom because I spend a lot of time there. The bathroom is decorated with marble and is very spacious with a bathtub and rain shower. The bedroom also has a large balcony area in which the railing is very high. It makes you feel safe. For the common area, there is a fully equipped meeting room and a common dining room. On the day when my husband has guests, we can also invite the chef and waiters from the hotel to cook some food for me. Also, there is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi with a view of the Chao Phraya River. If you decide to find a condominium in a good location next to the Chao Phraya River, with 5-star service, I would recommend this place. I could not be more satisfied than this.

I do business in real estate, and my husband is half Thai half Mexican. My husband and I were looking for a condo, which is a good environment and a beautiful view. Until we met, Banyan Tree Residences is very impressive for us. The first time seeing it, you will be breathtaking with a beautiful view from the room and the environment around the condo is also fantastic and different from any other place you have ever seen. One of my favorites is "River facing jacuzzi" that we can see the nearest Chao Phraya river view. The luxury of this condo made me fall in love and decided to buy the Penthouse because we plan to move to settle down in Thailand. Also, close to my husband's family. The condo is modern, complete facilities, and the condominium service is very great. Another thing is about the condominium's location is very superfine, because of near the Chao Phraya River. It is worth an investment excellently. Traveling is convenient, able to go into the city very conveniently. As the condo is closed to the Chao Phraya River, a river that has been with Thai people for a long time, it makes the condo very charming with its modern and perfect design. This place is so worth it.

I've been working in Bangkok for many years. I sometimes want to have an urban escape where I don't need to go that far. Then I started searching for it and came across Banyan Tree Residence. The project is located along the Chao Phraya River. I reckon that this condo is the closest one to the Chao Phraya River. I also love the design of this project because green areas make it look comfortable even more. A wealth of facilities includes a swimming pool, gym, sauna, parking, and a meeting room. Another highlight of the project is the service, which is equivalent to a 5-star hotel. I just held the anniversary party here last month. I requested a professional chef and butlers to help out at the party. All of the participants told me that they were impressed with exceptional service. Besides, the room is well-proportioned, and they use standard materials. If you search for an excellent condo with 5-star service, this would be what you're looking for.

Super Luxury Condo is located on the most beautiful Chao Phraya river curve. There is a high level of privacy, with a maximum of 4 rooms on each floor. They provide a 5-star service from Banyan Tree Hotel. The project has a private pier with a shuttle boat service. Easy travel by train Khlong San Station is the nearest station, approximately 350 meters away from the project. The common area has many facilities.

Since moving here, it seems like I have a new life every day. I wouldn't say I like complicated travel and don't want to go out on my day off. The condo here responds to all my points. When I'm tired from work, I like to go to the 3rd-floor jacuzzi service, where I can enjoy the view of the Chao Phraya River. If you want to use the spa services, we can call the staff from the hotel to serve us, which makes me feel like staying in a 5-star luxury hotel every day. From the swimming pool, we have seen ICONSIAM from a distance, and there is also an area to relax and watch the river view. I like the decoration of the project. It looks gorgeous and elegant, from choosing the room's color scheme to the bedroom space arrangement. It looks a well proportioned Built-in kitchen area and imported furniture from German that has good quality, worth the price paid. If talking about the disadvantages, I think that fitness types of equipment are quite a few, sometimes it's not enough for the number of users.
