A small condo is hidden in the heart of Thonglor, emphasizing the nature of trees and greenery, making it look livable. The units opened for sale is 1-bedroom, size 35 sq.m., suitable for 1-2 people. The interior is modern and stylish. There are complete common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library, parking space, and a 24-hour security system. And the location is also very convenient, only 300 meters from Thonglor BTS !!

Condo near Thonglor BTS. The rooftop swimming pool and garden are beautiful and shady. The room is not quite spacious, but it is designed to fit the space perfectly in the room. The balcony is also small but enough to place a small clothesline. There is a tree on the balcony! I love it so much, I feel good and refreshed. Overall, it is very worthwhile. The price is not high at all in the excellent location.

Modern condo in the best location because it is located in Soi Sukhumvit 36. It is a shortcut to Rama IV Road and Petchaburi Road. Another thing for anyone without a private car can use the BTS SkyTrain service. Walking to Thonglor station takes less than 5 minutes only. In the room, there is a one-bedroom unit, not very spacious. But the allocation of space is well proportionate. There are several compartments to make the room look tidy. Rooftop garden is shady, well, I like it. Overall, it is worth it. Quality and price are the same.

A new condo with a pleasant atmosphere, very cozy! The room is modern and fully furnished, no need to buy additional furniture and save the budget. The price is reasonable, and the common area is spacious, beautiful, tranquil, and surrounded by lush green areas, very private. The location is also close to restaurants and shopping malls. Life here is convenient. Moreover, it suits people who have private cars because it is 300 meters close to BTS, walking there comfortably. Also, no need to waste time with the traffic problems because its location is in the city and crowded. Driving a car seems inconvenient. I think using a private car is not convenient. You'd better take the BTS as it is easy traveling and close to the condo.
