I like the atmosphere around the project. I can get close to nature, making me feel like charging a battery because it is close to Benjakitti Park and Lumpini Park. In any free time in the evening, my mother and I always go jogging or swim and sauna sometimes. The room I live in has 2 bedrooms of decent size on the 14th floor. The furniture quality is high. I lived with my mom, as it's suitable for her retirement life.

NIce big units, well maintained, most units has a good view of the Benjakitti Park and lake. Located at the end of a quiet soi with tuk-tuk transfer to Nana BTS station for tenants, walking distance to the main Sukhumvit road. The soi is very green and quiet with very limited traffic. A good balance of convenience and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok

The location is excellent, not far from Nana BTS station. The old project is located at the quiet end of Sukhumvit Soi 8. The room is very spacious, and the balcony is big, suitable for families. My room has a nice view with natural light and plenty of fresh air. There is also a shuttle bus service to and from Nana BTS station. I like it because I have to take BTS to work every day.
Great condo in a superb location

The building has been built for many years, but the condition doesn't look very old. The room we are in is a two-bedroom type, spacious to make the room look open and comfortable. Plus, there is ample storage space as well. Another thing I like is every unit here faces Benjakitti Park and Lumpini Park. In the morning, I often go jogging there. As for the security system, it's not as modern as other condos. The elevators are floor-locked, and the security guards here are always looking after us. Overall, I am satisfied with this place.
A residence in Khlong Toei district, close to Nana BTS station with a few steps

I just moved for about 6 months. I think the condo is quite old. But it is big and spacious. It is located in a prosperous and prime area, about 8 minutes away from Nana BTS. What makes me impressed about this project is the balcony is very spacious. The room is also fully furnished and of quite good quality. The 2 bedroom room I stay in is very spacious, suitable for 3-4 people and it has many facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, playground, BBQ area, garden, and car park. It allows the residents to use all services thoroughly. However, I think this place is worth investing in because of its good location.

Green as it was named from the exterior to the interior. There is a lot of green space in the project, very airy. The view from the balcony open to Benjakitti Park. The atmosphere around is quiet, unlike in the Asoke area. The 2-bedroom unit is spacious and has a full set of modern furniture. The staff here is well trained, especially the security guards. Traveling is easy; you can call a car to pick it up at the condo as well.
