When you arrive at the station, head north along Ratchadaphisek Road for 48 meters, turn right for about 34 meters and turn left onto Soi Phai Singto for 160 meters. Afterward, turn left for about 180 meters, turn left again for 210 meters, then turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 16 and continue straight for 240 meters. The project will be on the left.

- To get to the project by car: You can start from Asok Montri Intersection, head south along Ratchadaphisek Road for 190 meters, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 16, and continue straight for 750 meters. The project will be on your right.

Beautiful and modern condo with a good vibe

It is a new impressive condo in the city's heart, Khlong Toei area. I rented a 1 bedroom unit. The rooms are furnished with quality furnishings and beautiful decorations. A balance in the layout also creates excellent use of space. There are several facilities ideal for resting and living. Also, the journey is very convenient as it is only a few meters close to Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre MRT and is surrounded by leading shopping malls and many amenities. Plus, the neighbors are nice and friendly. Never had any argument or problem so far.
