Easy to travel near BTS

Love the common area with an infinity-edge pool on the rooftop and a vast sky garden, which I love to spend my leisure time here. The people are not crowded, and the atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for reading books and relaxing privately. The location is in the city center, close to convenience stores and restaurants. Anyway, the traffic is quite terrible. It's not recommended to use a private car because it wastes time. Overall, it's pleasant to live or rent it out, very worthwhile!
The project right next to BTS station

If you are looking for a condo that has everything to facilitate your comfortable living. This condo is very suitable. It is a new condo, right next to Phra Khanong BTS station, only a few steps away. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, and high-security system. The location is also surrounded by international restaurants and malls. But for me, the condo is not my place at all because it's next to noisy BTS which you can hear noisy traffic all day long. Although the condo has an excellent soundproofing wall, it's not enough. If you are a light sleeper, you should avoid this place.

I rented a condo at Rhythm Sukhumvit 44/1 for several months, and I am impressed with the luxury project that harmoniously mixed with modernity. My room is 1 bedroom, which is quite spacious and in-room facilities also covered my needs a lot. It was so worth renting this condo. The room interior is beautiful, and the decoration materials are premium grade materials. Besides, this condo offered privacy and is located in the heart of Phra Khanong. Therefore, it is easy to travel as the project is located next to Phra Khanong BTS and close to shopping malls and many other amenities. The surrounding area is also good.

It is a cozy condo. I stayed in a 1-bedroom unit. It is very spacious and is divided into proportions. It also comes with beautiful luxury decor and a high-quality security system. The resident can feel peace of mind. It also has a convenient location, close to the Ekkamai-Thong Lo area, bus stops, and Phra Khanong BTS station. It is very convenient to drive into the city or out of the town as well. This project is worth the price.
