    Fantastic location in Onnut. The developer has delivered a well designed project with nice unit layouts and interior. Price points are acceptable for longterm investment. Quality of the materials are good and its mid density project, not over crowded. Onnut is the place to be! its such a vibrant area with more and more establishments opening up
    Beautiful showroom where it is not too big

    I had the opportunity to see a showroom of this project because I saw that it is near the On Nut BTS station, only 330 m. Therefore, I decided to look at the showroom. We went to the sales gallery and looked at a one-bedroom type. It is an adorable design, where the interior is divided into good proportions. Even though the room is not spacious enough, the project uses bright color tones for both the floor and the wall (Earth Tone Colors). Thus, it makes the room look wider. Also, the furniture is fully set up. It is considered worthwhile for residents without a private car because, in the Sukhumvit area, the traffic is a jam every day. I recommend you to take BTS Skytrains instead; it would be more convenient.

    The best location, I sought for a condo nearby On-nut for a while, till I met Quintara Arte Sukhumvit 52. This condo suits the needs so much and is very worthwhile for investment, also the condo is just completed. Then, my husband and I went to visit the project and had a look at the sample room that they provided for clients. The decoration stuff is very impressive and nice quality. I like the way they decorated the room. It's led to feeling cozy and luxurious at the same time. Suppose you want to go shopping or buy things. There is the Tesco Lotus On-nut that close to the project. You are just taking a walk about 7 minutes to get there. It is very convenient, and if you want to go to other places, you can take public transport like On-nut BTS or drive a private car, the nearest tollway is located 1.3 km away from the condo. Let's see the common area, every square inch. They designed everything to be more comfortable and useful for all residents, such as the Saltwater System swimming pool. I like the swimming pool, and it is a pretty large and safe, nice gym, EV charger, smart locker, Co-working Hub, in terms of the safety system, there are security guards to look after all time and CCTV cameras as well. Last but not least, like the purifier zone. The environment around the condo is super friendly because they made the garden look incredible, and I felt into nature. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to raise pets. The project has many rooms and sizes, and residents can choose what room type they need. I've already chosen 1 bedroom. Finally, My husband and I decided to make a reservation for the condo, and when they are ready to sell, I am prepared to be a part of this condo.

    The project is near On Nut BTS Station, just 390 meters walk, Tesco Lotus, and Century On Nut. It is comfortable for life. The project has only 150 units, which are outstandingly designed with wood grain. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, common area to work and relax in the middle of the project. The room is fully furnished with a closed kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the smells and can be cleaned easily. However, the bedroom is relatively narrow; it almost hits the wall at the end of the bed. The project is an excellent place to invest or stay. It is possibly easy for rent to find renters, which is worth both the location and the price.
