Directions to the project

In terms of traveling to the project, you can use BTS Skytrain and get off at Chong Nonsi BTS station. Then, go down on Narathiwat Ratchanakarin for 220 meters. Slightly turn left and take the overpass and continue for 130 meters. After getting off, slightly turn right and continue for 550 meters and turn right on Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road for 120 meters. You will find the project on the right.

Modern appliances, clean and quiet atmosphere

I stayed for a short-term stay, and it was fully furnished, equipped with modern and clean appliances. The atmosphere was tranquil, like staying in the hotel, which there were many services. The staff also facilitated us perfectly, and the housekeepers cleaned our room daily. I love the pool so much as it is clear and clean water, with many sunbeds lining with many cozy corners. I can swim anytime I want, non-crowded and private.
Massive condo with proper maintainance

Overall, it's okay. The project is not very new as it was completed 10 years ago. I would say it's well-kept. Originally, the project is luxurious and grand. The facilities vary, such as a pool, a gym, sauna, and garden. The security system is okay like other condos. Although there are many units, it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable because the building is 50-floor high with about 10 units maximum on each floor. My room has 2 bedrooms, which is quite wide. The bedroom is proportionate. With a superb location in Sathorn, near Chong Nonsi BTS, the high rental price seems acceptable for me.

The condo here is quite spacious and has luxurious décor. The project has complete facilities, such as swimming pools, steam room, sauna, and tennis court. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I think this place is the answer to living. Moreover, traveling is convenient as it is not far from my workplace. It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to Chong Nonsi BTS. If anyone has a private car, it will be more convenient. There is enough parking for the residents. The studio room is proportionate beautifully with excellent furniture and finishings. Overall, it's worth the price, suitable for relaxation.

We love the pool here because of the pleasant atmosphere; it feels more like a hotel pool than a condo. I live here with my wife. Our 1-bedroom unit is spacious, and each area is quite well designed. The living area and balcony are quite wide. It also has a good location, located near Chong Nonsi BTS, just about 15-20 minutes to walk to the sky train, very convenient.
