- To get to the project by car, start from Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road, heading towards Chong Nonsi BTS. When passing Makro Sathorn, turn left onto Soi Narathiwas 14 and keep driving until you reach the intersection. Then turn left into Soi Chan 16/ 4. Go straight for 150 meters. The Bangkok Narathiwat will be on the left.

- To get to the project by public transport, the most convenient method is by BRT. The closest BRT station is Krungthep Technical Station. Get off on the same side to Makro and turn left onto Soi Narathiwas 14. Go straight until you reach an intersection, and turn left into Soi Chan 16 Intersection 4 (Soi Narathiwas 16 Intersection 16). Go straight for 150 meters; the project will be on your left-hand side. The total distance is about 650 meters.

Low-rise condominium by Land&houses

I had been looking for a second-hand condo at an affordable price, which won't be a long-term burden. Plus, it should be easy to get to the Sathorn area, and I found the place. First, I wasn't sure if I should go for it, but the project is from Land & Houses, a big-name developer of Thailand, so I think it would be fine. I visited the project. The buildings are not very tall, just 8 floors with a swimming pool in the middle of the project from the outside. The surrounding looks shady, making me feel relaxed. The room is nice at the size of 56 sq.m. It's a modern style decorated with good materials and built-in furniture. The living room is spacious and can place a 4-seat dining table without feeling cramped. The project is located behind Makro Sathorn, along with the neighborhood of the project, there are a grocery market and convenient store that makes life more convenient. The transportation here is also convenient. You can take several shortcuts around the project if you use a car. Near the project, there are public buses such as Krungthep Technical BRT Station and Chong Nonsi BTS, which is about 2 kilometers away.
