Nice and peace resort style condominium with 2 super large swimming pool. Easy access from Srinakarin road and Sukhumvit road and easy to rent out. Juristic staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This condo is located in a golden location of Sukhumvit, surrounded by many shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience stores, making life here easier and more convenient. Aside from the prime location, the surrounding area is relaxing because it is full of lush green trees and gardens. It is considered one of the projects that meet urban life. Besides, the room is fully furnished and perfectly designed its layout. The room I bought consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen room, and balcony, which is pleasant and well-ventilated. Importantly, the facilities are complete, including the salt chlorine swimming pool, gym, garden, and security system, very worthwhile to pay for it.
