- To get to the project by car, you can start from the Phatthanakan Intersection by heading west on Phatthanakan Road for about 2 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Soi Suraiman for another 1.1 kilometers and keep right for 400 meters. After that, turn left and go straight for about 750 meters. Then, turn right and keep going for 96 meters. After that, turn right, and within about 25 meters; you will find with the project

- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the APL. The nearest APL station is Ramkhamhaeng ARL which is approximately 2 kilometers away. Once you get off the station, you can take the motorbike taxi or car taxi to the project.

A very nice new townhome.

I’ve stayed in this townhome for a year. First, I would like to say that this is one of the quality projects in the Suan Luang area. It is complete with facilities, and the atmosphere in the project is lovely. My house is a 3-bedroom unit with a spacious usable plot size. Plus, the usable area is divided into the perfect proportion: living area, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. Overall, I like this project since it’s well-managed and the staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, it is easy to get anywhere as it’s not far from the main road, and facilities such as convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals or department stores, which are so perfect.
