Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the ARL service at the Hua Mak ARL, the nearest station to the project. When you leave the station, continue walking west along Kamphaeng Phet 7 Road and turn left onto Route 3344 to continue straight for about 150 meters. Then, turn left onto Srinagarindra - Hua Mak Road to continue walking for another 25 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from King Rama Ix Park by heading west onto Soi Muban Seri with a distance of about 550 meters. Then, continue driving onto Soi Srinagarindra 55 for about 650 meters and make a U-turn to continue driving for another 150 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Srinagarindra - Hua Mak Road for only 25 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

The project is situated in a great area. With Max Value next door, everyone had access to the multiple amenities there. With nearby malls such as The Mall Bangkapi & Seacon Square, residents were never far away from their convenience. By living at Lumpini everyone had fast access to the motorway & with the new MRT line opening up, all residences have easy access to public transportation. The project itself provided all the standard facilities other projects of similar caliber offered. The rooms are standard Lumpini rooms with small sizes, thin walls, and standard interior design. At the time the price matched the value of the room. This project is recommended for anyone looking to live a simple life where you might be outside of the room more than inside.

My boyfriend and I have rented this 1 bedroom condo. The room is luxuriously decorated and styled in modern. There are various room types to choose from, including 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, which is every unit has different sizes, but every room provides modern functions to support the residents' lives. Besides, the project has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, lush green leisure garden, and gym for health lovers where it is available to use. Notably, the surrounding area is densely packed with shopping malls, including The Mall Bangkapi and Bang Kapi Market. Also, the location is close to Hua Mak ARL, which is easily accessible everywhere. The rental price is also not expensive, not more than ten thousand per month. Overall, I love the condo here.
